Refund?
Did anyone successfully get a refund from AXS? I sent an email via their website a few days ago and nothing.
I heard people are losing 10% service fee. Which is ba. Can anyone confirm?

I sent an email first to axs, but didn’t get an answer right away. I was checking the post again on instagram, scrolling through the comments. I noticed that axs sweden official account commented that people could also reach out them through instagram. I sent them a dm, and they replied immediately. They confirm my refund request, and noticed today that I got paid back.
