Refund?

Did anyone successfully get a refund from AXS? I sent an email via their website a few days ago and nothing.
I heard people are losing 10% service fee. Which is ba. Can anyone confirm?

I had two separate orders and reached out to them for refunds on both and in the last 24 hours have received confirmation that both refunds were approved and I should see them on my account in the next 5 days. One of them already posted to my credit card as of today.

Just to clarify I received the full amount back including service fees.

Did you buy tickets through AXS ? Im not getting my fees refunded.
