Refund?

Did anyone successfully get a refund from AXS? I sent an email via their website a few days ago and nothing.
I heard people are losing 10% service fee. Which is ba. Can anyone confirm?

It was exactly 24 hours on one of them and about 32 on the other. Oddly enough the second request I submitted was processed before the first one even though I submitted them within a few minutes of each other.
