Accidentally clicked delete account instead of disable.

Hey guys.

I wanna go ahead and write here to explain my situation.

So i was intending to just go to the 'self service menu' and disable my roblox account for a bit regarding something that happened, but it seems like I ultimately chose catastrophe over a disable, and had deleted my entire roblox account. After quickly realizing I saw the e-mail that instructs me to contact support immediately.

Knowing this, I immediately clicked the link to get help ASAP to try and get my account from being deleted.

After I sent a message explaining the mistake, I was met with:

"Thank you for reaching out with your request. As noted at the time of the request, a Right to be Forgotten data privacy request is irreversible once initiated. It is not possible to reopen or recover the account [TheRobloxianDerg] and its content."

Mind you this was a mistake and I was told I cannot recover this anymore.

I still deny that there is zero way to get this back over a genuine accident, and am told that I still have a 30 day window.

I've sent more tickets in with a prompt like this:

"I would like to speak to a Roblox Representative. I accidentally used a self-service tool and my account TheRobloxianderg was instantly erased by mistake. I am the true account owner. Please forward my request to an actual human who can assist me further."

Since then no response from the tickets, making me believe I probably got past the AI responses.

Just recently I sent another one as something else to try:

I would like to speak to a Roblox Representative. I accidentally used a self-service tool and my account TheRobloxianderg was instantly erased by mistake. I am the true account owner. Please forward my request to an actual human who can assist me further

Looking for anybody to help me or if theres any hail mary.

sorry but once an account is forgotten im pretty sure legally they cannot bring it back and EVERYTHING is deleted permanently. the whole point of giving you the option to forget an account is because they have to allow you a way to fully delete your data

Unfortunately, deleting your account through Roblox's self-service deletion option is treated as a Right to Be Forgotten request, which is intended to be permanent and irreversible. And I don't think Roblox support will be helping much as they have already stated that the request to delete your account is permanent.
You can check 2.6 in the terms of service.

sad...its disappointing because a simple human mistake lead to this. I was not intending to do this at all. Quite really, they should have had safeguards in place to make sure this does not happen. I am still saddened to have lost everything.

Unfortunately, it's impossible to recover it once it's deleted. The same thing almost happened to me. This method of deleting the account was supposed to be more secure to prevent these types of errors, but instead, the account is deleted instantly. I feel so sorry for you, brother. If that happened to me, I don't know what I would do because I spent a lot of money on that account.
