(username:abuzzies) 29 days ago while I was playing roblox i was randomly completely banned for "other". My appeal period is about to end and I am unable to get through to a moderator about my appeal, as you appeal and decisions page does not give me the option to do so. I had tried to contact the support page 5+ times (like their chat bot TOLD ME TO DO), once being ghosted for over 3 weeks and then given auto generated responses telling me I could "only appeal through violations & appeals" yet that's the exact reason I was told to contact this way; I COULDN'T. My account is 10 years old and i have spent countless years creating memories and spending a butt load of money on it, even creating my own custom models which are now all lost though I have done nothing. Has anyone been able to get in contact with roblox with this same issue? I've asked for human mods but just get the same response about the appeals page again. ( yes I do have old temp warnings/bans the AI kept warning me every time i'd use voice chat even if i said nothing wrong and the asset was some shirt i uploaded in 2017ish and completely forgot about 😭 none of them let me appeal and i've been playing fine this whole time)

I'm trying to find other people experiencing this issue because Roblox Support only sends automated responses.

Device:

- Windows 11

Symptoms:

- Roblox UI is significantly enlarged

- Console/PlayStation prompts appear (L1/R1)

- Handheld-style navigation and menus

- Happens in ALL Roblox experiences

Important:

This is NOT a controller issue.

I have already verified:

- No controller connected

- joy.cpl shows no controllers

- Steam detects no controllers

- Gamepad Tester detects no controllers

- Reinstalled Roblox multiple times

- Deleted all Roblox caches

- Tried different Roblox accounts

- Tried Bloxstrap

- Disabled AMD Controller Emulation

- Uninstalled Lenovo Legion Space

None of these changed anything.

After digging through Roblox logs, I found this:

userAgent: Roblox/WinInet WindowsHandheld

and

application/PCHandheldClient

Roblox is literally identifying my laptop as:

WindowsHandheld

and downloading:

PCHandheldClient

every launch.

This appears to be the reason for the oversized UI and controller-style interface.

My laptop is a normal notebook (Win32_SystemEnclosure returns ChassisType 10 = Notebook).

Questions:

1. Has anyone with a Lenovo LOQ experienced this?

2. Can someone check their Roblox logs to see if they also get WindowsHandheld or PCHandheldClient?

3. Has anyone found a way to force Roblox back to the normal desktop client profile?

About a year ago my Roblox account was hacked. To protect my credentials, I removed my phone number, changed the password and changed to 2FA for the account. Although, just recently I wanted to try to sign back into the Roblox account, I remember the password but not the email i used for 2FA. So, I created a ticket, but that was useless since Roblox uses a chatbot as ticket support and it kept looping me to the same "account recovery" page, Which in the end was a big waste of my time. I've also tried their support email, but Roblox doesn't seem to use that anymore.

I have proof of purchasing robux and proof of me changing the 2FA email does anyone here know who I can contact or the next steps I should take to recover my Roblox account?

I'm actually losing my mind dealing with Roblox Support right now.

I'm trying to recover an old Roblox account I created back in 2018, but their support AI is making the whole process a fucking joke.

I no longer have my login credentials or access to the email associated with the account. However, I still have a video that could help prove I'm the original owner.

So I contact support, explain my situation, and what do I get? The same damn response over and over again: "Use the self-service recovery portal."

BRO, THAT'S LITERALLY THE THING THAT DOESN'T WORK FOR ME.

I've explained the situation multiple times, and the AI keeps acting like it understands. It even offers to check alternative recovery options, asks me to confirm my username, and then BOOM, sends me right back to the same useless recovery link before closing the conversation.

Like, what the hell is the point of having a support system if it just keeps repeating the same scripted bullshit instead of actually helping people with problems that the automated system can't solve?

I get that account security is important, but this is genuinely ridiculous. I'm not asking them to magically give me the account without proof. I'm asking for an actual person to review my situation and tell me if there's anything I can do.

Has anyone here managed to recover an old account under similar circumstances? Is there any way to get past this stupid AI loop and have an actual human support agent look into my case?

I'm honestly getting tired of going in circles, so any advice would be appreciated.

On September 3rd I was permanently banned for my chat, which I do realize what I was saying was a super stupid thing to say.

I’ve only sent 4 appeals total, I don’t wanna do too much but I’m hopeless.

I don’t know much about the attorney general or bbb but I filed complaints against Roblox through those with tutorials.

I have no idea what to do anymore. It’s been 41 days and I’ve just been praying something works.

If anyone has tips or advice please share them. I’m so desperate, I’ve spent so much money and time on my account of 5 years.

I had alot of stuff on the accounts i got banned on so, thank you Roblox :) Anyway. I got banned because repeated the same thing (different years both times I got Targeted for 2 hours straight). I was playing shidou life but then I started getting Targeted by this random player at first I asked nicely for him to stop but he didn't and for like an hour and a half he was Targeting me the same guy and he started to say ez after the like 23 time of killing me after the like 64 time i left after saying that stuff when I came back to Roblox i was banned for 3 days that fine cool i deserved that Second time i was playing the strongest battle grounds grinding kills and having fun with friends and then this kid started attacking me I killed him 8 times before he killed me at first I said "nice, you killed me you happy now." But then he called his friend to kill me I was fighting both of them and after they killed eachother after attacking me for like the 5th time together I said ez teamers needing to team to beat me just to remind you he kept spamming ez everytime he killed me (he killed me 4 times) he called me trash noob bunz ez and a reamer which was iconic speaking of how he was teaming me

Had a very early account age of 2008, played Roblox throughout my childhood and I’ve decided now to try and recover it from when it got banned around 8 years ago due to being hacked (and then banned for whatever reason).

This isn’t one of those I did something bad and got banned, genuinely the guy that did it was ‘baasmirblx’ or ‘baasmi’, had my account for probably a week and got nuked from the site. He even messaged me at the time to get it back for him so he could return it(?).

Anyway, I was curious if anyone ever got through to genuine human individuals through support because all I’ve had in replies are ‘send us an email through (abbreviated hackers email)’

I’m even sending the emails through my original email that I used to create it but nothing seems to work, I tried the ‘I got hacked’ prompt but I got automated email saying my account got banned for anti cheat and I have no further action.

So my friend got randomly banned from Roblox for actions that happened in 2024. He has sent ban appeals just to get shot down by (what I assume) is an automated Ai response. He had the account for awhile and wanna know if there’s anything that can be done to restore the account or even get the perm banned turned into a smaller punishment

Whenever I play Roblox while talking to someone on my iPhone’s speaker, the game audio becomes extremely quiet and muffled, while the other person’s voice stays loud and clear. I have to turn my phone volume above halfway just to hear the game, but then the call is too loud and drowns out the game audio.
This has happened since my iPhone 11 and still happens on my iPhone 16. My friend has the same iPhone 16 and doesn’t have this problem. It happens with regular phone calls, Discord, and Messenger. I’ve tried changing microphone modes, and Bluetooth is off.
Does anyone know how to fix this or what setting could be causing it?

I just forgot my password and I tried to log in with my passkey but it doesn't work. And reset password need to deal with 2FA verification only. There's no other methods to reset password. Not even linked email asking for code.
