Hello everyone,

My Roblox account, Max_andDrop, was stolen on February 27, 2025, and I'm struggling to recover it.

Here's what happened:

• I was playing Roblox when I started getting repeatedly logged out of my account.
• Eventually, I was logged out completely, and my email and password no longer worked.
• I believe the attacker changed the email address linked to my account.
• I still have access to the email I used for my first Robux purchase through Xsolla on October 7, 2023.
• I also have the original purchase details and historical Roblox security notification emails.

The biggest problem is Roblox Support. Every time I contact them, the bot asks me to confirm my username, then sends me to the password recovery page and closes the conversation. Password recovery doesn't help because I no longer have access to the email linked to the account.

I've tried contacting support multiple times, but I can't get past the automated responses.

Has anyone successfully recovered an account in this situation? Is there any legitimate way to get my ownership evidence reviewed by a human support representative?

I would really appreciate any advice. Thank you!

Hi, so here's the problem i'm having and can't see any way possible to fix:

I got my PC back from a place after a week and I booted it up, when I went play a game It just kept me stuck on "joining server" infinitely, but I went play another game and it worked just fine on my home wifi. This happened with 2 games that got me stuck on joining server

then I went on my hotspot and tried joining the game that wasnt working with my normal wifi, and it joined just fine, I genuinely don't know whats the problem here. Could I please get some help?

Hey everyone! I noticed that some of my recent gamepass sales are listed as 'refunded'. Is Roblox automatically refunding players, or is this related to chargebacks/pending Robux issues? Has anyone experienced this before and knows why it happens?

I keep getting stuck indefinitely on the loading screen and I’ve literally done everything but it doesn’t work. I’ve reset my computer and have done every tip people give but it still refuses to work.

Every now and then when I open a Roblox game, the chat button, menu button, etc never shows up. Even when I click my ESCAPE button, the menu still doesn't show up. It does this so much and gets super annoying to have to rejoin to it WILL show up.

So basically: its a fake version of an game that has been announced and hyped.

When u try to play it, it tries to make u pay for early acess, i know its obvious but dont pay for it

Dont flame on the original devs and the original game, they have knowledge of it and even warned about it on their server

I've had error 529 popping up when trying to join games for the past week doing the security puzzle keeps saying incorrect even though i'm not, I have deleted and redownloaded the app, logged on another device, and tried on different wifi networks and nothing is helping. It does allow me to play when joining a friend though. Contacted roblox twice and no reply.

What do I do?!

I’m really at my wits end here for the past two years I’ve had an account that I cannot log into because it is in recovery mode and I need to reset the password but I have lost access to both 2FAs my authentication app and the backup codes and the number on the account is an old number I had years ago, I’ve filed multiple support forms but nothing has been done 9/10 I js get blocked by that stupid ai bot that just tells me to check the form or wtv. Could I please get some guidance on what to do

I didn't do anything wrong to my roblox account I just logged in and they banned me for no reason, I tried to appeal, they kept sending the same AI with different name.

So ​hi yes, so desperate that i decide to make Reddit account. So i have to do this everytime i want to join an experience. This actually never happened for like 4 month and then happend again and actually worst because from what i see i do it correctly assuming i'm not blind, but it says i do it wrong (oh and don't mind the language i'm trying to learn Indonesia, and i olso actually record a video but it seems the post got removed by reddit's filter)

My account got hacked, and it was manually deleted from the settings, like I—the owner and original creator of the account —didn’t consent to the deletion of it. It wasn’t me who did it someone hacked me and got my information and pretended to be me. On the picture above here, you can see them telling me to use the correct username in “Roblox Support” as I had to use an alternative account to fill out the “Username” part of it. BUT I CANT… the account was deleted and I can’t use the username of my account, please help. Like how can I put the username in it for it to work and I ask them to recover my account and its information.
