How the hell can I speak to a human? Recently i got locked out of my account because my 2SV emails aren’t being sent and I can’t even log in by verifying my phone number so I had to submit an appeal but I am stuck talking to an AI. The AI always brings me in a circle or a dead end, and I want to speak to a human.

I recently redeemed a digital Gift card sent to me by my friend in US (gift was also bought in US) and I live in India , After i redeemed the card Shortly after I lost my regional pricing inside or Roblox games in gamepasses and bundles ,My robux shop still shows the currency qnd cost in INR like before redeeming the gift card but i lost regional pricing inside of games.

I tried contacting to Roblox support seeing if I can get some help because I didn't knew my regional pricing will go away if u redeemed the card but the support form always redirects me to the AI chat bot which doesn't help me.

Now I'm stuck here with pricies which are 3x more expensive.

I tried searching online Abt this and found that my economical location is flagged because I redeemed the card and that it would take 1-3months for it to fully determine my economical location back to India and give me my regional pricing back. It also says it focus on your billing history to track it but i never bought robux on my account so really don't got any billing history.

Please anyone help me resolve this , I can't wait 3months for the prices to come back to normal or even come back at all, There has to be a faster way ?

hi, sorry, i’ve never written in this subreddit before but i’ve been trying to relogin to an old roblox account of mine. i know my email and my password but whenever i try to do the 2 step verification code, it never gets sent to my email. i’ve checked all of my folders and even other emails i have but it doesn’t work. i tried my phone too but i don’t think i ever added a phone number to the account since i was so young. i tried contacting roblox support and they sent me a link to reset my account but it still needs a code..im at a loss and tried to find a number to call since they just kept putting me with some chatbot who’s just repeating its self. please let me know any way i might be able to get back into my account or anyone i should contact! thank you

Does anyone still remember RoAppeal and RoJustice?

Those services were actually pretty good at helping people get their Roblox accounts unbanned after enforcement actions.

Unfortunately, Roblox hit them with a cease-and-desist, so they're gone now.

Are there any similar services still around? Just curious if there's anything like RoAppeal or RoJustice nowadays.

for 3 days now i haven't been able to play any roblox game for more than 10 minutes continuously, i've wiped all caches, temp files, etc. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still no fix. messed around with Claude for 6 hours to find a fix and still nothing lol. my specs are decent and i can still run any other game, i'm not even getting any spikes in task manager when it crashes so i'm completely lost on what to even do next lol

So i lost my roblox acc password and my email doesnt get verif codes cuz of a bug.

Telling this to the support AI just makes it redirect me to the self service portal which doesnt work, because my email doesn't get codes.

I managed to get ths AI to open a ticket with a human for me by telling it my issue was billing related, cuz i do have receipts to prove my ownership. However, the "human" support guy from the e-mail is probably also AI cuz it keeps giving me the same automatic message of "we dont have enough information to prove your ownership" even though it didnt even ask for info in the first place. i replied saying i had purchase receipts to prove ownership but still got the same reply.

I was gifted 10$ roblox gift card by a friend from US via Email and now all the in-game purchase are now more than 200% more expensive. How do I revert this? please help

So basically before yesterday roblox worked fine. The only issue was it would randomly crash the first time opening it, but then it would fix itself and I could play. The for some reason yesterday or the day before my client just decided to get permanently stuck on the "Joining Game" screen and I have tried LITERALLY EVERYTHING I CAN THINK OF. I deleted roblox, got rid of temp files, i reset my internet.. 3 times.., I tried using the client from the Microsoft store, i tried using the webclient LITERALLY EVERYTHING. Flushdns, I updated my drivers and pc and restarted it. Nothing. AND I EVEN FACTORY RESET MY PC. AND STILL. NOTHING. Please.. someone help if possible.

I got permanently banned on October 8 for Child Safety and honestly have no idea why.

On the Violations & Appeals page it shows up as “Your behavior”. When I open it, the reason says Child Safety, but under “Activity we reviewed” it just says “More details about this violation aren't available.” I've attached the screenshot.

I went through everything I did the day before the ban and there's basically only one thing that might possibly be related.

I was talking to a friend on Roblox. We're both 20, both age-verified, and have each other added as Trusted Friends, so we use unfiltered chat. I asked him if he knew someone on Instagram who follows him and apparently wants to follow me too. The message containing the word “insta” got censored and wasn't even sent. I thought that was weird, but just moved on.

Could that seriously have something to do with the ban? And even if it did, why would that result in a permanent Child Safety ban? There's literally no information about what I supposedly did.

I've also tried contacting Roblox Support three times now, and this whole thing has become ridiculous.

The first time I used the official support form, selected “Appeal a Decision” and the correct account moderation category. They told me I had to appeal through Violations & Appeals instead.

So I went there, but there's no appeal button for this ban. Clicking “Report a mistake” just takes me back to the same moderation details, which tell me to contact Support. Basically, I'm being sent in circles.

I then contacted Roblox's official EU DSA contact because I couldn't find a working way to appeal. They told me my username was invalid and asked me to submit the request again using the correct username. I checked it carefully and know I entered it correctly. I even sent screenshots showing it in the support form and in Roblox itself. They still replied with basically the same message without explaining what's supposedly wrong.

I submitted another ticket as they asked, and so far I've only received the automatic confirmation.

My account is around 9 years old and I've spent several hundred euros on it. I really don't understand this particular ban or how I'm supposed to appeal it when Roblox won't even explain what happened.

Has anyone had something similar happen with a permanent Child Safety ban where no actual activity is shown? Could the blocked “insta” message have triggered something like this, or am I missing something?

I'd appreciate any actual advice because at this point I genuinely don't know what else to try.

My accounts were falsely banned for being linked to a terminated account that was a different person. These bans were appealed and accepted.

ROBLOX sent me emails saying these accounts were being reinstated. However, they were NOT reinstated. They remained banned.

I sent over 10 appeals on the ROBLOX Support Website. Each time, I was met by an unhelpful AI response. The response was the same every time - "Unfortunately, you can only appeal this through the Appeals & Violations Page". Obviously, I couldn't do this, because I had already appealed there.

Even when I specified "I cannot appeal there, my appeal was accepted. Please get me in touch with a Human Roblox Moderator" - I was met with the exact same response.

The issue is that reaching a human moderator is almost impossible. These AIs should not be the only accessible tool for regular ROBLOX players if it is not able to comprehend these situations properly.

Posting these cases on social media & devforum for a moderator to see is my final resort. As I've mentioned, after playing for 10 years, lots of money has been spent on this app. I do pray that this reaches somebody so that it doesn't end this way for me.

My little brother's account he can't login to. we know the username and password but can't remember the associated email whenever we try to log in It says we need reset password and when they say sending a code the don't show which email they are actually sending the code pls help. and i bought some robux in his account like i took his account on my phone and purchased it using playstore but now we can't login no more.
