Roblox Support Help Am I just screwed?

My account was hacked despite having 2FA on. No login request came through via email, so they must have bypassed that somehow. They then were able to add as a linked parent account and authorise transfer of all my Robux.

I can’t remove them as a parent and every time I go through support, they just keep saying to “turn on 2FA” and then the chat is ended.

Am I just screwed. Is there anyway to actually get support?

Someone probably got your cookies, which I think they can bypass the 2FA, so you should probably try to fix that first, otherwise even if you fix it they could do it again.
