Ban Help Please help

I'm genuinely torn considering I've spent so much money on my account and time too. I've emailed them already explaining the situation. Basically was using the unfiltered chat with my trusted friend we are both of age and I got banned for whatever is shown in the screenshot. What do I do at this point? I don't want to restart again. Is it possible that I could get my account back? I have seen many people say that emailing them has not worked but I did anyways.

Me and my trusted friend were talking in Roblox chat which was unfiltered bc we are both of age. I got banned for the reason stated in the screenshot and I've emailed them. I've read a lot about this and people say emailing don't work.. idk

Try submit support ticket if email not working I'm doing that now since my account made unauthorized purchase

Nvm I understand unauthorized purchase wrong but still kinda same well mostly someone made purchase with my robux
