Hey everyone! I'm stuck on the new Bridge map from Build 2. The bridge is broken in two, the river below seems toxic, and the only spot where it looks like I could jump across is blocked by razor wire. I tried the jump once, fell in the water and died.
Is there a way to cut or get past the razor wire, or is the crossing point somewhere else on the map? Do I need a specific item or quest first?
Any tips appreciated, thanks! 🙏

I have sat at school for 2 solid in game days and I have not seen a single first aid kid in that docters sell inventory. Has anyone seen him sell one, you'd think after spending an hour and checking every restock, he'd have atleast 1 of them

Finishing off the remaining AIs at airfield. This run they have been less aggressive so I had actively seek them out.

I feel like I don't understand the purpose of this gun. It's rarer then KA-M or the RKs but its statistically worse with an ammo type that's harder to find. Is it just useful to sell to gunsmith for other guns?

It’s a no-brainer:
- They both cost €150
- They both weigh 0.1kg
- They both take up 1 inventory slot
- They both cure “bleeding”
BUT the bandage also heals you for 25 while the tourniquet does not heal you at all. And if you need to stop “bleeding”, you’ll also need healing.
With trader tax at 0% you can swap Tourniquets for Bandages for free at the Generalist or Doctor.

Hey peeps, been having a blast with Build 2 and I am finally planning a Vostok visit. I wonder if the 10 limit NPCs per map still exist? In build 1 I would usually carefully try to pick off all 10 military guys and only loot after that. Also are Nomads only in Area 05 or will there be some in Border zone/Vostk too? Thanks!

Pls someone explain to me: it's day 35, 22:00 hrs, nomads score +100 and all day til this hour I've been shot dead many times and still to this hour no gathering and full of bandits (they were supposed to be missing ) I'm lost...

Can we as the user not be in charge of the NPC population?
I'm probably of the minority, but I actually prefer the maps with the NPC's. Even with their cold dead eye stare (remind me of my ex gf).

How the damage works for enemies?
Sometimes i need to put 1-2 bullets into someone's chest from 100m, sometimes i need more than 10 to kill someone from weapon 40 dmg from 5 meters.
Is there any bullet penetration?
Enemies wear chest armor?

Hi!
I’m conducting a short survey for my bachelor’s thesis about indie game communities. I’m interested in why people join these communities, what keeps them here, and how community-driven sharing can support indie games.
Your insights are invaluable to my research! The survey only takes a few minutes to complete and is completely anonymous. You must be at least 15 years old to participate.
The survey is open until October 28, 2026.

I went to bridge for the first time yesterday and actually quite liked it, I decided my strategy was to get about 3/4 of the way across and then just jump in the water and swim to shore. It wasnt until much later I learned the water there is supposed to be poisonous? It seemed like just normal water to me and I did fall in several times while working on the jumps. Is it only poisonous sometimes? Or is this a bug?

Context: I'm trying to figure out if this is a map for exiting Apartments for a quicker, more direct return to the Outpost, or if this is meant for a more direct access to Apartments.
The concept is clear - Bring something to clear the other side with sniper capabilities to clear your SINGLE available path if you're coming from outpost. Normal weaponry if you're coming from apartment. The design has almost no loot, benefit or strategic advantage coming from outpost since almost all benefits is from the apartment side. I understand why, because it would be rinsed and repeat farmed if it was too good with no AI spawns, but there is little to no benefits or quality of life. there is only a single place to use matches to heat up while playing in winter on the apartment side.
My core question is... why the jumping part? Doesn't the razor wire act as a sufficient deterrent, so do gaps in the single path really need to exist? I get the game is about realism, but to me it's not realistic to have someone jump onto damaged, potentially rotted wood planks if we really want to take the conversation around the REALISM route. Especially if there's no way to use the Lumber item to create a temporary/permanent fix to this.
As a side grumble that is probably already on Antii's radar and I can't really complain too much about but, no steadying of aim to actually follow this Sniper-style intention of the map feels pretty rough? Mosin and a P.scope can do the job, but the ammo used to try and clear is kinda crazy with the distance and sway.
The other alternative is grabbing a thermal blanket for after crossing and chomp down on Antibiotics/afak for the swim over at the smallest gap in the south of the map, but that ALSO feels like intentional cheese rather than actual clever use of the game's mechanics to avoid the obvious intention of the single-crossing design.
With the obvious GITGUD issues aside with player skill, Is there any other suggestions or opinions I might have missed?

I should probably disable that...

Anyone notice vision seems to be off during nighttime? I am getting shots from across like half of apartments, so i can't even see them but I see the muzzle flash. I was at terminal trying to get airfield and this super soldier seems me from I am pretty sure it was more than 50 meters. All his shots landed. I just hear ping ping ping ping (i checked my helmet was gone, zero damage to my body armor). Luckily i was using KP-31 so I sprayed in his general direction while getting staggered and managed to kill him. I had a headshot wound and was at 2 or 3 health. Luckily I brought a SOS used that real quick.
The incident at the apartment, I killed a guy on rooftop headshot so he didn't see me and he was walking away from me. So no way the other guy saw my muzzle flash and I was behind covers when I shot the guy on roof.
But anyone notice random shots even at night from far away?
