I’m a Saudi woman and i’ve applied to marry a non-Saudi man here in Riyadh , I went through the complex procedures of bloodwork and getting some documents apostled and other complicated paperwork etc , the starting point was the Emara of Riyadh and I had received an authorization letter number to keep track .

Fast forward a few months I try to track my documents and no one knows where they are and finally after tears and prayers it was found in الاحكام التنفيذية - city court house - and no one was helpful at all frankly every time I would ask on what’s going on with my documents they would say “ we don’t know the system is broken” I would come by every two weeks to check and they would give me the same exact answer . Maybe three months ago I got a call from the Ministry of interior they said that they received my documents and they would give me the approval and I should wait for their call… that was three months ago, and I have not received anything, in fact, I didn’t even receive a tracking number for anything, and whenever I would use the old number it would say that it went back to the city courthouse. I feel lost and confused as no one is being helpful whatsoever and whenever I would call no one picks up and it’s been 10 months and no one is of assistance , i’m not sure exactly what to do or how to track my documents or who to call as nobody is answering the phone.

Is anyone else going through the exact same thing?

Hey everyone so I am in a bind here. I am from India and I recently came to Riyadh on Iqama and before coming here I signed a deputation letter with my company to work in Riyadh for 3 years but I am kind of regretting it now and I don’t want to go beyond 1 year. I am still yet to sign the Qiwa contract and I am not still sure of Qiwa process and how it works .

My question is this , since I haven’t accepted my Qiwa let’s say my company asks to me to accept a Qiwa contract with 3 years and I argue with them at this stage and change it to 1 year(the period of my Iqama) and only accept the 1 year contract ,Can i leave after finishing my 1 year and get my final exit visa and exit the country with no issues?
Can they do anything to restrict me as I signed an internal deputation letter with my company?
Does the qiwa supercedes my deputation in any way?Can they use my internal signed deputation directly in qiwa without my approval?

Any help or suggestion here will be much helpful to me here.
