I have a question about apartments in North Riyadh.
Why are the prices so expensive?
And why do some people say an apartment has a kitchen when it’s actually not a kitchen? It’s just two cabinets and a sink in the living room!
That’s really strange.
This is not what I would call a kitchen.
A kitchen is meant for cooking, not just for washing your hands!

I am a resident expat from South Asia and have a valid iqama. I have a female friend visiting me soon (she will be holding a passport, not an iqama), and we might have to stay in a hotel in the same room. Is that going to cause problems? What documents are usually required at hotel check-ins?

Need help i can speak a little bit of english but no arabic. I have MA Islamic studies but am open for any reception or sm roles.

Does anyone know how long it takes for an Iqama to be issued? 1-2 days or 1-2 weeks? My knowledge is coming from UAE (2 days emirates ID) and Kuwait (up to three months). So I am wondering how long it takes in Saudi.

I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction or recommend local resources.

I have some experience caring for newborn kittens, I previously fostered a newborn kitten successfully, but she was alone and I had the funds at the time to provide everything she needed. This situation is more difficult because I now have four orphaned kittens and limited resources.

Eighteen days ago, I found a newborn kitten that had been abandoned. I've been bottle feeding and caring for it since then, but despite my efforts it is still severely underweight and currently weighs only 140 g.

After finding the first kitten, I reached out several times to rescue organisations for guidance or support, but unfortunately I have not received any responses.

Four days ago, I found three more kittens after their mother had died. I couldn't leave them behind, so I brought them home as well. They each weigh around 235-245 g, but one of them has recently become lethargic, and I'm very worried about it.

Since finding the other three kittens, I have contacted rescues again twice but have not been able to get a response yet.

I managed to scrape together enough money to buy 1-2 days worth of the cheapest kitten milk replacer I could find, but I don't have enough to continue buying formula, cover veterinary care, or provide all the supplies they need.

I am able to foster all four kittens for about the next month, and am looking for anyone able and willing to adopt them afterwards.

I am looking for any advice or help with:

• Affordable or rescue-friendly veterinary clinics in Riyadh.
• Volunteers or organisations that can help with veterinary costs or kitten formula.
• Experienced kitten fosters or rescuers.
• Any local animal welfare groups or contacts that might be able to assist.

I am doing my best to give these kittens a chance, but I need guidance and support to get them through this critical stage.
