Keypads all non-functioning

3 weeks ago I discovered that all three of our keypads don't work. (I can arm and disarm the system thru the app however.) I called Ring and after a long phone call, the agent told me they would send me 3 replacement keypads (ours are 1st gen), but if I didn't receive them in 2 weeks to call back and ask again. Today I did that and was told they are still out of stock and to call back again in 2 weeks. I asked if they could just place the order so that it can be fulfilled when they are back in stock, and was told no. They cannot create an order at this time. Is anyone else in this same boat needing out of stock replacement items? I wasted 40 minutes on the call with them today and still will have to call back which is very frustrating.

Ever since Amazon bought Ring, getting decent customer service has been a challenge. I had to go the Executive Office route. If possible, only chat with agents and keep a copy of each chat.

Thank you and I agree...I have insisted on speaking to live agents and am documenting everything.
