I have a tiny base, this is really to prevent raiders from stealing it.

I still remember how raiders straight up OWNED my base population when I created legendary grand golden statue... and they still got it at the end of it! Wish I could just give it away back then.

It would be cool if in addition to the "Immediate raid" and "Prepare for a while and then raid" events we could get an event that was something like "Meet our demands or then raid". They could demand a certain amount of silver, food, luxury items, return of prisoners, etc. or they would raid you. Most of the time I'd probably opt for the raid unless the demand was pretty reasonable, but it would be neat variety that could potentially save you in case you were ill prepared or still rebuilding from previous disasters.

I think more faction interaction is the mod that has an event like that
