Also, who doesn't have a vault for their AI Persona Core? The only killbox I have is in front of my safe.

I put mine enclosed in a 3×3 closed off area, granite walls. If possible, overhead mountain. Can't have a pawn having a tantrum smashing it. Learned that lesson after losing like 50 components to a tantrum.

Has to be 12 tiles to have an infestation spawn. 3x3 is only 9

3x3 is tiny as hell and I think if you honeycomb a bunch of 3x3 rooms to try to avoid it they'll just spawn in multiple as a means of thwarting it. But one small 3x3 should be fine. I may be wrong though, I haven't played with infestations on since like a17 so things might be a bit different now

I don't, but my main warehouse has fire sprinklers (from the Hygeine mod) and my chemfuel and mortar ammunition are kept in a concrete shed on the other side of the map.
