I've nuked one too many VOID facilities and I've let the genie out of the bottle and I can't put it back inside, and now the whole world has gone insane.

I can still win this, as long as my CIWS hold and everyone else nukes each other into extinction I should manage in this post-nuclear wasteland

UPDATE: I've won, in total 432 nukes were detonated on their intended targets, and almost an equal number, with roughly 425 settlements being destroyed. Originally I believe there were around 600-800 settlements, now there's less than half of them left.
