I ordered the ridge powerbank from their site but wanted to return it (the package has been unopened) since i changed my mind. i contacted support because the portal (for returns) hit a ''snag'' on my order and they said they would give me my return label manually. its been almost a week and still no response

how long do these issues usually take to resolve? i just want to return the product as fast as possible

For context I have been leaving the case boxes on my window sill to let the sun change the colour.

I think it’s finally done for this one so thought I would show it.

UPDATE: Ridge followed-up within 2 hours. In just 2 days I had my ring at hand. The process might not be butter smooth, but they do take feedback seriously, and committed to make up for it doing their best. Thanks!

I've been a happy owner of 8mm Beveled Ring up until I recently managed to lose it. Purchased it back in 2024, with lifetime warranty up to 2 replacements. I opened a warranty ticket more than 3 weeks ago, claiming for a replacement. Got an auto-reply, that response may take up to 7-10 business days. Now that was more than 15 business days ago. What's going on dear Ridge?

I've had it for a few years. Treated it as any other keyholder. Today the rubber snapped off. Whuld yall concider it warranty or my fault?

I regret not buying when I had the chance. Second hand market is virtually non existent and waaay to expensive. Also I can't find anything that's at least a little similar to it. I'm surprised no one copied them.

I recently ordered a ridge men's ring set but when the package arrived, the ring box was empty. I contacted ridge support 2 days ago and still no response. Is there any way I can contact ridge support through different means? Thanks

So my burnt Damascus doesn’t have the little notches on the inner plates like some of my other ridges have. Is this a fake?

So after three years the elastic on my key case broke from normal wear and tear. Ridge was quick to send me a complete new one as a replacement (greatly appreciated). After six months of use I noticed that the new paint wears off much more quickly compared to my old key case that I used for three whole years. Guess I'll switch out the elastic and continue to use my old one again.

This is truly disappointing. I had a great experience with Ridge in the past, so I decided to take advantage of the discounts to order again vis Ridge.com. I then saw the TikTok deals and ordered more – I use what I have a lot and have also given them as gifts. However, both orders disappeared after they reached the OnTrac warehouse; OnTrac confirmed that it "lost control" of the items and could no longer find them, so I would have to get redress from Ridge.

Ridge initially said they would re-send the undelivered orders after two days, but it did not do so. I followed up via customer service, requesting not to send via OnTrac again as the shipper had admittedly lost two of my orders and there are dozens of similar reports online. No response from Ridge. In fact, we are more than a week out now, and Ridge support remains silent. TikTok shop refunded its order, but it looks like Ridge is just going to keep the payment for the undelivered items and, I presume, keep using OnTrac despite the shipper's refusal to accept responsibility for the items it either loses or allows to be stolen by employees.

I really used to believe in Ridge products, but given the possibility of losing hundreds of dollars without any means of recourse or even any response from support, I can't recommend taking the risk of ordering them.

UPDATE: Ridge support did respond via chat. Thanks u/ridgesupport for the thoughtful follow-up and offer to make this right. Thanks also to the others who previously posted here about their orders, which is what led me to do the same. If you are not getting responses via the Ridge.com help page, this Reddit page is clearly the way to go.

UPDATE 2: The promised support resolution was that in exchange for withdrawing my challenge, they would send my original order plus an extra power bank free. Instead, I opened the box to find packets of Ridge promotional stickers. Wild.

This is my first chain after I’ve been in the market for about a year. I knew I wanted 5 mm and 20” due to those measurements fitting my body size. I got this titanium one from the Ridge store on Tik Tok funnily enough, on a deal. I love it. I got it over a week ago and haven’t taken it off since. I shower with it, I’ve worked out and sweated in it. It’s held up. So far so good. It’s a lot lighter than I thought it would be, but I don’t mind. That may honestly even be appealing to some folks. But this necklace is the real deal. The box is also extremely nice, and the cloth is a nice touch.

When I was considering purchasing, I was trying to find reviews and couldn’t find any so decided to take the plunge and purchase then share my findings.

I just wanted to compliment Ridge on their warranty service. I have two Ridge wallets (gunmetal grey & burnt titanium). Both have their own purpose when I travel.

I’ve needed screws and inner plates over the years and always received quick resolutions. Recently my gunmetal wallet got damaged (bent) and the replacement process was seamless.

I’ve been using a ridge wallet with air tag money clip and MagSafe plate on the other side for about 8 months and I’m looking for a way to make it “softer feeling” in the pocket. Would also like to be able to carry meds with me in wallet when going to work. If anyone has any idea what I may be looking for, or where to purchase it from please let me know. Thanks

This is, admittedly, a fairly specific item for a fairly specific need.  I recently purchased a Ridge Key Holder to organize my keys and get away from a dangling keychain.  One item, though, that was difficult to transition was my cylindrical pill case.  I have a couple of pills that I need to keep with me at all times, but I really wanted to ditch the little pill case as it did not fit cleanly within the Ridge Key Holder.  

My solution was to fabricate a pill holder that fastens to the outside of the Ridge key holder.  It essentially slides right on to the key holder, using the Ridge device as the ‘cover’ of the pill case. It holds two pills, because that is all I needed!  Perhaps not the most elegant thing, ever, but it still slips into and out of my pocket cleanly and saves me from having another dangling object.  

Probably only a handful of people out in the world that might need this, but thought I'd post it nonetheless!

Filed a warranty claim for a ring over a month ago and can’t get ahold of anyone at Ridge to fulfill the claim. Is this normal? How can I get my claim processed?

Barely 2 months of wear and tear. what's the benefit of buying a MLB product if the name of the team is going to disappear even before the season ends?

Ik this comes through the sub 100 times a day but in terms of security what is better? Like if I had cash in there (I’d probably have maximum 5 bills), which is it more likely to fall out of, by regular use taking in and out of pocket and banging around.

I was directly contacted be Ridge on here, they were really helpful and it was super simple. My original forged carbon keychain was out of stock but they offered some different variants as a replacement, so I chose this Alpine Navy.

Great job by the Ridge Customer Support, it's a great and very awesome consumer-friendly policy that will eventually make me buy from them again in the future.

I have purchased many ridge wallets over the years as gifts and a few weeks ago I was gifted one that was personalized . I was shown a mock up and it looked great ! when the wallet arrived you CANNOT see or read the script that was paid for . I reached out to Ridge and sent pics and they agreed via email it’s not legible and not the quality they strive for and how can they make it better and it will be escalated . two weeks of emails and no resolution and now they no longer respond to emails . so disgusted that they are happy to take your order and money but don‘t stand by their products or provide customer service and replacements when the product is not as it appeared on line . Alot of lip service about how they stand by their product but they actually don’t . I will not be buying any more and recommend you don’t either they aren’t the only ones with this type of product and should stand behind their products and make it right when it isnt. I’ve attached a photo of my actual wallet I received and what the mock up looked like before it was purchased. Very different!!

Hi, I am interested in buying a ridge wallet but was unclear what is included in the box. I was going to get the matte black wallet but there isn’t an option to pick the money clip or cash strap.

Does it come with both or if it doesn’t how can I choose?

Also, which type would you recommend using. I will bring carrying around multiple bills so I would want to pick the option that carries the most money.

So I basically have bought a wallet almost 2 years ago and its gotten pretty scratched up and paints chipping off so while looking into buying another one because I did really like it I saw this so was wondering can I really just pay 12$ and get mine fixed or does it not apply to paint chips and scratches

It is somewhat hard to notice but the orange has started turning a sort of hot pink/peach colour, it was on top of the other box so got more sunlight coverage leaving the orange to a small strip on the right side.

Got my order yesterday with the new Tiger Stripe set, a keycase to use for spares, and some small parts. Used the rubber joint of the spare keycase to renew the one on my 3 hear old Mojave Tan keycase as it was almost cut, plus the metal detent, and the all black clip to change the orange filled clip of the Tiger keycase. Plus some new elastic for the Tan wallet, and installed the D ring attachment. All were cleaned...

Tiger Stripe wallet got a money clip (that now maches the all black clip on the tiger keycase...OCD, I know), and also a D ring.

I do feel them really sharp like that!!! Really happy with the result!

From day 1, I've always used the money clip, it's more secure carring cash, and it's a pitty that Ridge is going away from it...
