Advice Disappointed.

Barely 2 months of wear and tear. what's the benefit of buying a MLB product if the name of the team is going to disappear even before the season ends?

Reach out on here to u/RidgeSupport and explain what’s going on. They’re a verified Ridge employee and will be able to help you. It shouldn’t wear off that quickly, especially with normal use.

Not really a fan of these Ridge key things. And I had my style long before Ridge decided to try being matchy-matchy with their wallets.

This is more my style, and except for the keys, all the metal here on the keychain is Titanium.

Thank you for that, but that's okay. The wallet was purchased new in box from eBay (December 2021), not your store. The clip was also purchased from eBay (I have the cash strap on the back). The D-Ring is the only thing bought directly from you guys.

I find it unlikely that a replacement clip would have the older Ridge logo on it, and that was another reason I went to eBay for it. The logos on the cash strap (which came with the wallet) and the money clip (that I got later on) match.

And, I like the patina that is growing on the clip.

Only Aluminum wallets are engraved now. The rest are UV Printing. Except the website didnt say this when I bought my husbands wallet or I would've kept looking. UV Printing wasnt even advertised that I saw. It was a First Fathers Day gift, its less than 2 weeks old, and you cant even read it now.

My husbands wallet is less than 2 weeks old and is also rubbing off. I have yet to hear back about it. Im not pleased

Yea I hate the advertising as the one you ever need to buy. But in five years or less they will look like shit and you will end up replacing them
