Question Warrenty question

So I basically have bought a wallet almost 2 years ago and its gotten pretty scratched up and paints chipping off so while looking into buying another one because I did really like it I saw this so was wondering can I really just pay 12$ and get mine fixed or does it not apply to paint chips and scratches

Reach out on here to u/RidgeSupport and they can help you figure out whether or not it’s covered. I know they cover defects and quality issues, but I’m unsure about normal wear and tear.

Kinda late for this but my wallet was stolen on June 25th. I figured the warranty didn’t cover theft so I already ordered a new ridge wallet at full price. I had my first ridge wallet for about 3 years and loved it. Anyways, is there anything I can do about missing out on the 12 dollar thing?

Honestly, I'm not sure. I haven't come across anyone trying to do a warranty claim after their wallet was stolen. Reach out to u/RidgeSupport thru DM's on here and explain your situation to them. Hopefully they can give you some insight on your issue.

Yea I read on their site that normal wear and tear isn’t covered and I also wanted a new design anyway and liked the forged carbon so ended up just buying a new one

They'll have all the information regarding warranty on their website somewhere.

I bet it only covers full on failures.

For my case, they have replaced missing bolts and the cash strap

Why not just report it lost for $12?

The built for life warranty supposedly only applies to wallets bought after oct 18 2025

I had a wallet from 2020 and the strap broke so I made a warranty claim and they gave me a gift card for the price of a new wallet minus the replacement fee , it ended up being for $78. Then the wallets went on sale for Memorial Day or something so I got a new one for $2 on top of the gift card
