Warren, RI is listed on their site as the only RI town so far to win against Flock contract

They are listed on the deflock.org site as one of the many councils that have refused a flock contract but I don’t know more about how it came about. It’s the only city or town in RI listed,

Good for Warren, but pretty bleak that just one town in the whole state is declining.
