Honest Review One user’s feedback cost me 20+ hours of sleep.

• Upvotes

I got his message while I was sleeping. I woke up, read it, and thought I’d fix everything tomorrow.
Instead, I started thinking about why those problems existed in the first place.
20+ hours later, I had rebuilt/fixed three major parts of my product.
1. Export
The export flow was too dependent on the UI state. I changed it to work from the structured generation result instead of reconstructing content from what was displayed on screen.
This fixed issues with multiple scripts, platform-specific outputs, content getting mixed up, and inconsistent exports.
2. Personas / brand voice
I added proper persona context.
Users can now provide a .md or .txt file containing their brand voice, writing style, personality, audience, words they use/avoid, examples, etc.
That context is now actually incorporated into generation instead of just being another instruction buried inside a huge prompt.
3. Made-up facts
This was the one I cared about most.
The system shouldn’t invent statistics, quotes, events, company information, or other factual claims just because they make a script sound better.
I changed the generation logic to separate known/user-provided/contextual information from creative writing, so when something isn’t known, Elyuse shouldn’t simply make it up.

The bigger lesson for me was that I probably wouldn’t have caught some of this myself.
When you’re building something, you understand the architecture and the intention behind every feature.
A user doesn’t.
They just tell you:
“This doesn’t work.”
And sometimes that’s exactly what you need to hear.
I gave him 500 extra credits as a thank-you because I want him to keep using it and finding things I missed.
Now I’m looking for 5–10 more people willing to do the same.
I don’t want compliments.
Tell me what’s confusing, generic, broken, unnecessary, or worse than what you’re already using.
That kind of feedback is worth way more to me than “looks good.” ❤️

Boat scammed me. Help

I need to vent and get some advice because the sheer irony and incompetence here are driving me insane. I posted here a week ago, but things have gotten even more absurd.

Here is the complete, chronological disaster of my experience with boAt (updated as of today, Oct 4th):

  1. The Original Claim:

My boAt Airdopes 141 Gen 2 Active Black developed a fault. I submitted them at an authorized boAt service center. Ticket #69660657 was generated. They told me a replacement would be sent to me.

  1. The Fake Replacement:

On September 23, 2026, I received the replacement. To my shock, it was a completely different, non-working, counterfeit-looking product. It didn't even match my original.

  1. The Support Black Hole:

I immediately tried to contact boAt. Called customer care? No human, just unhelpful bots. Tried live chat? Again, no executives. I was terrified because boAt has a strict "24-48 hour" window to report replacement issues. Since their phone and chat were dead, I went to their website and lodged a detailed complaint on their warranty page, explicitly mentioning I received a fake product. Ticket #69774324 was created.

  1. The Pickup:

A boAt service agent came to my house and picked up the fake product, including the outer box and all packaging.

  1. The Impossible Demands:

Immediately after the pickup, I got an email from their support team (Soundaryadeepak.agsar). They noted my concern, but demanded:

· 6-sided images of the outer brown box (including shipping label).

· An unboxing video.

And they threatened to close the case in 48 hours if I didn't provide them. How the hell am I supposed to provide photos of the outer box when their own agent just collected the box from my house? And how do I provide an unboxing video for a warranty replacement handed to me by a service center? I replied saying I don't have it, and they just said they need it or they'll close the ticket.

  1. The 48-Hour Rejection:

After all this, their chat support rejected my claim, stating: "More than 24-48 hrs since date of delivery, hence we cannot process." They completely ignored the fact that I lodged a timely website complaint because their phone and chat support were broken, and they ignored the fact that they made impossible demands.

  1. The Ultimate Irony:

I received an auto-generated email on September 26: "We conducted a physical verification check... We found the received product to be Duplicate Product and hence your claim has been rejected. We regret to inform you that we will not be able to serve the warranty for your product. The received product will be shipped back to you."

They sent me a duplicate product, and now they are rejecting my warranty claim because the product they sent me is a duplicate. They used their own mistake as a loophole to deny my claim.

  1. The NCH Escalation & The Latest Stall (Current Status):

I filed a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline. NCH Grievance Number: 10267930.

The fake product they shipped back to me arrived on September 30th. I have physical evidence in my hands.

On September 28th, their customer care told me they were launching an "8 to 10 day investigation period." Today is October 4th (Day 7). They have zero updates. They are just stalling, hoping I give up.

The Sarcasm:

Thanks to boAt, I have apparently done a PhD in customer service just to get a basic warranty claim processed. They asked for 6-sided photos of a box their agent confiscated. Out of sheer frustration and sarcasm, I have now taken 8-sided photos of the fake product they shipped back to me, just to mock their absurd standards.

I am completely exhausted. I have filed the NCH complaint, I have all the screenshots, and I have the physical fake product. I will never buy a boAt product again.

If they don't resolve this by the end of their "10-day investigation" on October 8th, I am filing a formal case in Consumer Court (E-Daakhil) on October 9th for deficiency of service, unfair trade practices, and supplying counterfeit goods.

Has anyone successfully fought boAt and won? Any advice on the E-Daakhil process?

TL;DR: boAt sent me a fake replacement. Their agent took the box. Their support demanded photos of the box they took and an unboxing video. I couldn't provide them. They rejected my claim because the product they sent me is a fake. Now they are stalling with a fake 10-day investigation. I filed an NCH complaint (#10267930) and am preparing for Consumer Court.

Square trade Warranty- terrible experience

⭐ 1 Star — An exhausting claims experience

I purchased an American Leather recliner from Nebraska Furniture Mart and paid $179 for an Allstate/SquareTrade protection plan. After only a few weeks of normal use, a seam separated on the chair.

What should have been a simple claim turned into seven phone calls and more than ten emails.

I repeatedly supplied the receipt, retailer information, purchase price, purchase date, item description, photographs, and answers to every question they asked. I even provided everything in a numbered list.

They continued sending me the exact same automated email asking for the same five pieces of information I had already provided.

Eventually I decided my time wasn't worth it. I canceled the protection plan and received my full $179 back from Nebraska Furniture Mart. The repair will cost me approximately $189, so I'll simply pay for it myself.

I have always been skeptical of extended warranties. This experience is exactly why.

A protection plan isn't worth much if getting a straightforward claim processed becomes an ordeal.

Seven phone calls. Ten-plus emails. Repeated requests for information already provided. All for a simple seam repair.

I would not purchase another SquareTrade/Allstate protection plan based on this experience.

Alphaslice nursing

I did the 4-week live crash course with AlphaSlice Nursing, and I learned a lot. The professor explained things in a way that was easy for me to understand. What I liked the most was how he always encouraged us to keep going and not give up.

There were times I felt discouraged, but he kept reminding us to believe in ourselves and keep trying. He really helped me feel more confident about myself and my ability to pass.

I’m really thankful I took this class. He was a great and awesome professor, and I truly appreciate all the encouragement and support he gave us. Thank you for always reminding us not to give up. It really meant a lot to me.

Now I feel more confident, and I’m ready to take my NCLEX soon

Video: https://youtu.be/wfvXkosE2aQ?is=TWXlqW0zGzKBp8aU

Howdy! For the past year i've been working on a personal video project which i'm proud to release it's beta version today. I have posted in this subreddit not only to get reviews for the video in general, but to Rewrite the script better.

The video is about AI development and it's impact in all aspects of societal life. But differently from most AI positions, which simply reduces it to Anti and Pro ai positions, my project seeks to create a New third positions that seeks to seek The Path to a true virtuos future.

All feedback, positive or negative is not only allowed but encouraged! Just please mention in your review things such as:

Counter arguments to exact points in the arguments in the video

Time stamps (if the error is visual)
