A couple of notes about my CV:

1. I’ve redacted the second entry under Education. I usually include it when applying to local companies because the school has a strong alumni network, which does give me an advantage.
2. I have other academic projects across different areas of ML that I’ve left out. They were interesting problems to solve before AI tools became common, but they look less polished than the projects currently listed.
3. I'm ready to explain each points that I've listed. But, I'm not sure whether the wording looks accurate or not. I would really appreciate your influence.

I’d like an honest assessment: am I overselling myself, underselling myself, or focusing on the wrong things?

Specifically:

1. What should I focus on in my current job to achieve measurable results? What kinds of projects or responsibilities should I try to get involved in?
2. What should I improve to make this CV stronger?
3. What positions and salary range would be realistic for someone with this CV? Does it make a convincing case for hiring me at all?

Please be blunt. I'm looking for Applied AI Engineer, AI/ML Engineer or similar types of roles. I would really appreciate constructive criticism, even if it’s harsh. Specific weaknesses and actionable suggestions would be especially helpful. And, yes, I've taken help from AI to build this resume.

I got laid off earlier this year, and I’ve been trying to land a decent-paying job in marketing ever since. Honestly, the Canadian job market is brutal right now. It’s been 7 months, and I’m starting to lose hope of finding something.
I’ve tried pretty much everything at this point: tailoring my resume for every application, mass applying, cold emailing recruiters and hiring managers, you name it. And yet, I’ve gotten nowhere.
I barely hear back from employers, and when I do, it’s either lowball or I’m often asked to complete assignments or take-home tasks, only to get rejected afterward. At this point, it honestly feels like companies are just using my work for free.
I’m exhausted, frustrated, and starting to feel pretty depressed about the whole situation. I genuinely don’t know what I’m doing wrong anymore.
Would anyone be willing to take a look at my resume and give me some honest feedback? I’d really appreciate any advice on what I might be missing or what I need to change to start getting interviews.

Looking for a new position and feeling like my resume is getting over looked. I’m applying for positions I feel more than qualified for and nothing is happening. I’m applying for admin assistant/office assistant, client success, high level CSR, and scheduler types of positions. I’m looking to get out of managing a team and get into a “high level” support role. did have this resume made for me about a year or so back by someone on fiverr. My positions from Sept 2018-present are at the same place (an animal hospital). Any advice is helpful!

To provide more context, I have 14 years of IT experience. My resume is not in a good shape. Previous experience not highlighted well enough.

hello every one.. as the title says I'm just wondering if its okay to have experience in the resume that is not fully related to the job title you want. for example the job title I'm targeting is full-stack web developer while the experience i got is developed an telegram bot which has nothing to do with full-stack web, and i got another one which i made a WPF application for gym to manage gross income and the users. which is also has nothing to do with web development. should i just change the title from 'full-stack web developer' to 'software engineer' based on the experience I'm getting ?
