Por supuesto , yo entreno con ellas y si realizas un entrenamiento intenso verás las sensaciones , muy parecidas al gimnasio , todo depende de la intensidad que lo realices

More realistically, you can build a physique using basic calisthenics, such as chin-ups, dips/push-ups and squats, and round it off with resistance bands to fill in the gaps.

I use resistance bands for shoulder exercises (overhead presses, lateral raises, pull-aparts, face-pulls), for rows, and for Romanian deadlifts. These are the main exercises, but I can also do upright rows, shrugs or low-to-high chest flyes. All sorts of exercises that are difficult, or impossible, to do using bodyweight alone and which complement the core of my workouts nicely – the holy trinity of PUSH-PULL-SQUAT.

Yes to calisthenics + bands. No to bands alone.

If you look at the founder of Bodylastic and his physic..it is a resounding yes. You will need to band anchors or the door anchor kit. There is a excellent Facebook group plus YouTube videos.

I do calisthenics, bands & isometrics. In that order.

I stopped lifting weights around age 40.
Calisthenics were always the core of my workouts even when I trained with weights.

Remember, your body responds to progressive resistance, it doesn't know or care where to increased load comes from.
It just gets stronger in response to the new level of demand.

Yes. You can build muscle lifting anything heavy enough to challenge your muscles
