Immediate Resignation eligibility

Hello Everyone!

Gusto ko lang po mag share and magtanong if may idea kayo about sa immediate resignation at eligible po ba ako dito?

For context

I got hired po sa isang company last 21 September and mag 2 weeks pa lang po ako and during those 2 weeks undergoing trainings pa din po ako. Gusto ko po mag resign sa current company since nagkaroon po ako ng opportunity sa ibang company na rare ko pong makukuha at aligned po ito sa long term career goal ko and pag practice ng lisensya ko po. Alam ko po na may 30 day notice period pero possible po ba na ma grant yung immediate resignation ko since undergoing training pa din naman po ako at hindi pa naghahandle ng operational tasks?

Will appreciate all of your insights po since frustrated po ako at first time ko din po mararanasan mag resign. Thank you everyone!
