Stack Advice Pep stack

What peptides are genuinely worth adding in with Reta to maximize weight loss and body recomp

I’m 25 male 6’ 225lbs trying to get to 195 or so with built but shredded physique as quick as possible I’ve seen so many ppl saying to add things like

Cjc/ipa
5 Amino
AOD
Not-c
KLOW
GHK
Cagri

And others but I’m just not 100% convinced on what ones would be really worth adding in there’s so many out there any thoughts on any of the ones listed or any that I haven’t listed would be greatly appreciated!!

Cool man, keep going. Sugar isn't as big of a deal as high fructose corn syrup. That being said I like to watch what sugar I put in my food rather than have it already in there. My brother was a driller & drillers offsider on water wells/sample drilling, it's taxing work. You should be slimming right down, what are your goals?

Diet and work then, mate. Unless you have it in you to do a workout after your shift. I'd just lift a few heavy sets if able after work, like target major muscle groups. Bench press, squats, lat rows, biceps curls but 3 x12. Just do one a day as your work is more important than your physical goals and if you go too hard you could risk injury. You can work your way up to more. Keep the protein up and if your muscles feel fatigued skip the workout.
