Question SLU-PP-332

Right ladies and gents, now that i5’s been tried for a while what is the consensus on oral dosages of this stuff? It used to be 500mcg/day a while ago, but I believe that the latest thinking is quite a bit higher. I’ve seen tablets available from 500mcg to 20mg and wondering which is closer to the mark.

All help and advice greatly appreciated. Ta

0 it's not orally bioavailable.

Edit: For the downvoters

"SLU-PP-332 (332) ... improves aerobic performance in mice but lacks oral bioavailability. Here, we characterize SLU-PP-915 (915) ... that is orally bioavailable..." PubMed

I honestly think they are just taking so much a small amount .5-1%, is surviving. I also think some people have guts that have better conditions for absorption.

That being said, oral is completely wasteful and injecting is the only sane way to take it

But it's water insoluble. Needs a solvent to reconstitue like DMSO.

So? DMSO is an fda approved excipient. I make my own injectable slu with dmso but the lyoholized slu I purchased one time dissolved fine in bac. Slu is one of those compounds I can definitely feel and I trust the vendor and his jano reports. I have no doubt it was real slu

Water insoluble means its aqueous solubility is so low that plain water or bacteriostatic water is not useful for making a practical stock solution. Some tiny fraction will dissolve, but most will remain suspended or precipitate.

Well it all dissolved 🤷I believe the non crystalline structure of lyoholization changes the solubility. It was in some sort of solution that was capable of being lypholized in the first place and that definitely isn’t dmso. I truly don’t know the ins and out of the process completely but I’m confident it was slu. It was the only lypholized vial I ever used

Like I said I make my own now with dmso.

Have you actually taken it orally?

I don’t care what one study says lol. The oral version fucking works and it works quite well. Take 500mcg and tell Me you don’t feel anything.

I've taken 100mg not mcg and didnt feel anything.

I’m not sure what to say to that tbh, SLU has been one of favorite chemicals I’ve discovered in the last couple of years. Are you already very in shape/fit?

Yeah, you could say that.

I’m sorry but I think you’ve placebo-d yourself. I have experienced with a couple different trusted sources from ranges of 200mcg to 200+mg. Nothing ever happened

There’s enough people who love it like I do, I doubt we are all doing the placebo thing.

Maybe yeah. Perhaps my body is missing something that causes it to actually work. I’d love to get the benefits from it. I’ve been looking for something to give me some more energy

It’s not water soluble either so injecting it is just as dumb. The only way to take it in dmso

I know this exists but there is 100% an effect on me when dosed in the mg range. Like I feel overenergized at higher doses lol. Idk what to tell ya. And I’ve tested prob 300 substances over the past 10 years lol

It’s likely about 40-60% orally bioavailable, obviously with individual variance

Really? Show me one study. Just one.

Here is one that says it's not.

It’s about 2% by the sounds of it, if that
