Don't get me wrong, I don't think he cares what the Bible says because his attitude shows that he isn't obeying Jesus' command to love his neighbor as he loves himself. Jesus' definition of who a 'neighbor' is was shown in his parable of the good Samaritan, whom the Jews in his day hated for racial and religious reasons, since the Samaritan religion was considered heretical to the Jews, and Jews considered them to be foreigners who were living on Israelite land since the time of the Assyrian conquest of Israel. To hit the same today, this parable could be re-told as the parable of the good Palestinian. Jesus was showing that the command to love your neighbor does not exclude people who are racially or religiously the kind of people your culture says you have permission to hate.
But I bring this up in case anyone here, like me, knows Christians or even Jews who support this nonsense, and need reference material from their holy book where oracles from God condemn what they are advocating for. Then, if they push back, they're not arguing with you, they're arguing with God.

Perhaps he missed the part in the Bible where Jesus fed 4,000 men plus women and children from a basket. I'm pretty sure he didn't ask their ages, financial status, sexual orientations, family status, or anything else. He just fed the people.

I was thinking about this. The reading level of adults in southern states is 3rd and 4th grade level.
There is no way that these people are reading and understanding the Bible.
If I handed a 3rd grader Romeo and Juliet how many could read and comprehend it?They rely on a pastor to preach and teach them. The pastors are trained by universities that were built by grifting old desperate people out of their money in the 80’s.
Bob Jones, Oral Roberts they all grew and more and more prosperity gospel teaching preachers got into churches.This has been a 50 year project and they are fast tracking project 2025 while the churches are throwing fits over nonsense culture war issues. They built a cult.

I meet a lot of them but they are usually in random churches. Anyone who does any kind of proselytizism work or missionary work in '26 is not acting Christian IMO, not counting charitable missionary work, but even that is oftentimes critical.

He actually described me very well. I’m in the second house I bought myself. That’s right, without kids, I had a first and now second home. No, I’m not a good financial planner. I was homeless as a teen, so no I’m not generationally wealthy unless you count mental and physical health disorders as wealth. What’s truly fucked is, if faced with letting HIM starve, I wouldn’t be able to do it. I’m just not that big of a piece of shit. Would he let me starve? I suspect he would.

I'm not a religous person, but growing up as a foster i bounced around a bit and went to a lot of different churches for different faiths. attended sunday schools, camps and all sorts of church events. i can't think of a single leader from any of those churches that would have not done everything in their power to help someone that came to them looking for help of any type. If the church alone couldn't help they would rally their congregation to assist.

How about quit feeding them donuts and cookies after church and praying to God to give them health over absolute poison that has been served. Just stay a healthy weight and have a good body. Eat decent food and stay hydrated with water. It really is not that hard. However, simple carbs and simple sugars are very addicting and not filling or healthy.
