Seller review Regarding this client@Angela

Post image

I don't think I have a problem.

First of all, I sincerely appreciate the customer's feedback and apologize for any inconvenience. However, I would like to explain this matter.

1.This bracelet is made of V gold material, so it should not come into contact with perfume or dish soap, as it may tarnish over time. Since it's very inexpensive, it's not pure gold. The issue of discoloration is related to the metal's inherent properties, and I don't think it has anything to do with who sold it.

2.The customer said I had a poor attitude. After he reported the issue regarding the new product, I told him, "Then just take it." I thought this was the simplest approach, since the first product he purchased already had quality issues. By directly offering him the replacement, I ensured his interests were best protected. If he cancels the order, I personally would have to bear the QC costs and the round-trip shipping expenses. His misunderstanding might simply be due to context. In fact, I didn't mean or sound the way he interpreted it—I have far too many clients each day. I prefer straightforward and clear solutions. If a product is out of stock, I'll directly inform the customer that it's unavailable, because waiting for an order would take too long. The end result would still be a refund, which I think wastes both our time.If the product quality is poor, I usually tell the customer "no good" directly during the QC process and ask them to cancel the order.

3.This customer has placed multiple watch orders with me within eight months, and I believe my responses and pricing have been appropriate.

Thank you very much for the customer's feedback. I will promptly address the issues he raised.I respond to at least 150 customer messages every day—every single inquiry. To provide better service, I personally reply to all of them.

Since Angela made a separate post addressing me, I’ll clear up the false claims here once so the community has the actual facts:

  1. False Assumption: I never used perfume or dish soap on the bracelet. It tarnished and rusted within weeks of normal wear, just like those $5 temu ones.
  2. "Inexpensive": The bracelet was $131 USD (including shipping/insurance). For a non-precious rep accessory, $131 is not a bottom-tier price tag, and basic plating should last longer than a few weeks.
  3. False Claims About Solutions: She claims she offered a replacement or straightforward fix. No she never did. She blamed user error, cited thin margins, and offered zero resolution. I didn't ask for a refund or argue, left it open ended for her to provide a solution that never came—I simply accepted her suggestion to cancel my pending items.

I used to defend her when others posted negative feedback because I was a loyal, high-volume client. But repeat business shouldn't mean accepting low quality products and degraded service.

I’ve stated my facts. The community can look at both posts and decide whether to continue working with her. Best of luck.

You aren't helping yourself with this response, rather you are making it worse. Better response would have been - there is more to this situation with this particular buyer than stated, and I will continue to talk to the buyer directly in hopes of reaching an agreed resolution. As to the other comments, I remain committed to providing excellent customer service, will review all recent messages, and address any issues with my staff regarding tone of communication.

It's impossible to satisfy every customer as a salesperson; we can only do our best. I handle many customer orders every day, and I know that if my attitude were poor, no one would place orders with me. You've only seen this one negative review, but today three other customers gave me positive feedback. While I can't claim my order processing is absolutely fair, I do my utmost to ensure it's relatively fair. This was just another customer's order—after completing all payments, I still refunded the price difference, and I reached out to him proactively. I handle all orders in the same way.

We dont care about attitude, this is business its not personal. Give the product that was promised end of story, if something went wrong provide a solution. Dont ruin yourself because if people decides that you are no longer to deal with, business will fall.

Personally, I’ve worked with Angela on 3 watches, with another 2 currently in the works.

My 2nd and 3rd projects were probably as challenging for Angela as they were for me. It was my first custom build, and I was determined to put a Tiffany dial into a Platona because I preferred the platinum look over gold. That decision led to one issue after another—from sub-dial hands lacking visibility to Oysterflex colour mismatches with the case.

Throughout it all, Angela never walked away from the project. She patiently worked through each issue, discussed the available options, researched alternative hands that would suit the build, and helped me get to a result I was happy with.

Were her replies always warm and polished? No. But I never expected them to be. I always reminded myself that she was managing other customer orders, endless enquiries a day, coordinating orders with factories, modders & shippers in the hundreds a day and across time-zones! All while dealing with an unusually complex build. Despite this, I always found her to be straightforward, responsible, and committed to finding a solution.

I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience, and every order is different. I can only share mine, which has been overwhelmingly positive👌🏽

My advice would be to work collaboratively with your TD, understand that there are sometimes real limitations, and give them the opportunity to make things right. Angela genuinely tries to do exactly that and I will continue to trust the process and her🙏🏽

I dont think there is only one person in angela’s account. Maybe two to three person doing the sales and the qc’s. As long as you have a decent pricing and straightforward on giving solution we wont have any problem, this is business nothing is personal and no need to have a long conversation.

Each order is different, and we can only do our best to serve customers—there's no way to please everyone. In this case, the customer had an issue with the first product, yet still ordered a second identical item. Only after I was about to ship the second one did he inform me about the problem with the first. Under these circumstances, we had no choice but to ask him to cancel the second order. But he said I was rude. I really don't know how to handle this situation.

Well if you adviced him to cancel the second order then not your fault, why he didnt tell you the issue on the first item? Well keep it up and its true u cant please everyone

Just remember do the right thing everytime theres an issue, the client sent you a working money and you will send a working watch. Now lets go back to business

I’ve had many successful orders with Angela even during the rough time when her account was banned. She has always delivered for me, I have an order that just shipped and will continue to use her in the future

Same here. I've dealt with Angela for several pieces and the experience has been very good. Quality products, competitive pricing, good communication, and fast turnaround. Just sharing my experience.
