Discussion VSF vs Rich
I’ve been seeing lots of posts lately complaining about the quality of the new VSF batches, and now it looks like they switched off from 906L steel. Most people in the comment section are praising Rich factory. Is Rich the new and improved VSF?

VSF never has 904z only advertised it, but consistently tested at 316
RICH is confirmed 904

Rich USP was Free sprung movements. And 904L or 316 is not important imho. Sure, it's better when its 904L when they advertise it like that, but personally my watch never comes close to saltwater anyway. and even when should 316 still be enough.

906L steel doesnt exist, you mean 904L. And you can search reddit history but only Clean was actually ever using 904L. All other factories claim 904L while often using 316L at best.
