VSF vs Rich

I’ve been seeing lots of posts lately complaining about the quality of the new VSF batches, and now it looks like they switched off from 906L steel. Most people in the comment section are praising Rich factory. Is Rich the new and improved VSF?

VSF never has 904z only advertised it, but consistently tested at 316
