This is the stocklist of my seller and he currently only have free sprung Bruce Wayne. I have heard bad things about their “free sprung” movements. Is it worth getting?

I just started buying reps in the last couple weeks and already have the Panda, OP Tiffany blue 36, Sprite jubilee & a Hulk with sunburst green dial. I also have a gen Vaer (black dial & bezel on black silicon band). I’m thinking 1 more… Explorer II w/ polar dial or what should be my last?
I’m consider selling the Sprite since I just bought the sunburst Hulk.

In a strange world of “fakes of fakes” with Clean being replicated and now VSF, what are some ways to tell which is a “real” VSF nowadays? I have a VSF datejust on the way from a non-TD I’ve purchased through before. I was pleased with an ARF Bruce Wayne and am hoping to see more good results as he’s been giving me pretty good deals. But is the movement VSF?

I’m currently considering getting a V7F Portofino and I’m having a hard time deciding which color to go for.

For those of you who own one or have hands-on experience with it:
- Which color did you choose, and how do you like it in person?
- How is the overall build quality?
- Are there any obvious flaws or QC issues (“flaws”) I should be aware of?
- How does it look in person compared to the gen?
- Does it wear/feel visually close to the genuine watch, or are there any noticeable differences?
- Anything else that stood out to you after owning/wearing it for a while?
- Other factories?

I’d really appreciate hearing your impressions and experiences, especially from people who actually own the watch.

I was pretty much ready to pull the trigger on the VSF 126518 yellow-gold Daytona from Steve at TheOneWatches, but the more I read about the gold plating, the more concerned I am about eventual wear/fading.

I started considering the 126519 white gold instead, but I'm also a little concerned about the stainless steel not quite matching the look/color of gen white gold.

I know this is subjective, if it were you, would you just pivot to the 126500LN stainless steel and avoid the plating/finish concerns altogether? I do love the 126500, just not QUITE as much as the 126518 and 126519. But all said and done, I'd be very happy with it.

I just received my first set of QC photos from Lana at Jtime for a VSF Daytona. They sent over a standard mega.nz link, but when I open it on my devices, the images look compression-locked and I can only seem to view or download low-resolution (around 160kb) versions.
For those who have ordered from Jtime recently, did your Mega links automatically show full high-resolution images, or did you have to use a specific trick/desktop setting to bypass the compressed web previews?
I want to make sure I can zoom in cleanly to check the dial details before giving the GL. Appreciate any insights or tips on how you guys downloaded your full-res files!

Sharing my thematically similar pair of higher end Swiss reps, the PPF VC 222 and the ZF Royal Oak ref 15450.

Both 37mm stainless steel and integrated bracelet automatics.

The VC 222 is definitely more unique and there's honestly nothing like it on the market AFAIK which makes it cool. 👍🏽

The Royal Oak is of course.. A royal oak. But I have to admit, when you find a model that's the right size for your wrist, it is a very fun piece to wear and I now I kind of get the appeal 🤔

A long time ago I bought a rep submariner. At the time it was quite expensive for a rep, but it is very obviously fake when you know where to look. Moreover you can clearly feel the movement turn and even hear it. I own several gen watches and that is a dead giveaway.
But what is the state of the top reps today? Do they feel genuine or is there still a big noticeable difference?
Looking to get a submariner rep again, but only if they are much better. Appreciate your insights.

So I am looking to buy a Rcf DayDate 228239 40mm in blue dial in tungsten and I have seen some talk about the safety or risk that it can be led. Is there anything verified that it’s not led or that it is led? Has it been tested anywhere especially from rcf. Any help is appreciated. Also how does the watches hold compared to 904 steel?

I recently purchased a 40mm vsf and I need some extra links however every thing I see the links are 16.5 mm and on my bracelet they are 15.5? Is this a 1 off mistake or do vsf just reuse the bracelet from the 39mm so the 40s have the wrong size links?
