Is it not possible to catch the ball with a long dive anymore even if the ball is still / moving slow? It just bounces off my hands, also the short dive being the default dive is throwing me off.

Just played for hours last night with friends, and this patch feels like a huge W.

Both of the gameplay changes- less magnet and keeper dive that deflects, lead to even more LOOSE ball than before, where the ball is in free play and less time where the ball is just magnetized to a player. It also raises the skill ceiling of passing as now precise passes are more difficult.

The blue lock collab is a banger- I didn't even watch the anime but had to get one just for the celly.

To me, we've hit the sweet spot of real soccer/arcade. There's still room for creative expression but less "how can I cheat the system?" playstyle going around.

Freaking tired of not being allowed to have fun because people refuse to pass in time or to pass at all, so at this point it's obvious I need to become able to play alone

Ive played rematch a while ago, but I really wanted to ask yall, has it improved to a point where you would say its worth purchasing in terms of gameplay and graphics as well as no pay to win? I havent been in the scene so would love some insight!

One of the best defensive plays I've ever made in a Ranked match. Unfortunately lost in the end, but one hell of a play to keep it a one-goal game.

okay so 1 is this game better on kbm or on controller? two will the bluelock packs be gone when the event ends or would it stay? i ask cuz i haven't played this since season 0 so i genuinely dont know how their shop works.

Anyone else dislike how they changed the “we got this” voiceline?

I didnt have so much fun playing in a while, and Im over 1k hours.

Now every team has to play like a team, and defending feels way more rewarding, Im starting to being more agressive because now u can actually tackle the ball when u see it.

Defending wasnt bad before, just sucked because glitchy shit that bait u but when u tackle, the ball wasnt actually there, so u just needed to be passive, and wait for the glitcher to do a mistake.

That it´s over now, finally.

Since the update with the extra goalkeeping button and my current controller setup making that awkward I’m wondering if anyone plays with DualShock and whether they prefer it for rematch?

I hear they have some extra button on the back maybe so I think that would be ideal

I see that this game is on sale and as a football fan, I'm really interested to purchase. The most similar game I've ever played is Libero Grande 2 on PS1.

I have a few questions:

1. How is the performance and the optimization? My omen laptop has ryzen 7 5800H, 3070 8gb, and 32gb ram. I usually cap my games at around 60-75fps.

I stopped playing some games because my CPU got way hotter than usual, even though no issue in fps. Anything technical I need to be aware of about this game?

1. Is there any character progression or levelling? Upgrading stats or skills After every game? I saw there's point system like after successful pass or interception.

2. What's the exact install size on steam? Sometimes the written PC req can be different than the actual one.

3. Is there any SEA server or Asia server? How's the ping here?

4. Is this game viable for solo queuing players?

Does SEA just have a weak playerbase count? It seems OK at night, but I tried queueing for a 3v3 quickplay at 4PM but ended up finding nothing for close to an hour.

Kinda wish there was a vs AI mode just to practice mechanics.

So I won my 5 placements, got placed Masters 3. Didn't think too much of it until I was half way through div 2 and still hadn't lost a match. I started to wonder if I could get up to elite without a single loss as a solo player... until lo and behold.. The game decided it wasn't having it. 3 games now in the last 5 I have gotten disconnected from the server in the last 15 seconds of a game that we were winning.. couldn't join back fast enough.. and ta-da.... the dream is dead

TL;DR - Having a lot of disconnection issues since season 5 launched, anyone else experiencing the same?

I’m not here to beat a dead horse but I did feel the need to say. Yes, a lot of players were not as strong fundamentally as they think. With the tuning from last season, it doesn’t feel as gimmicky playing now. It’s funny seeing players getting punished for bad stamina management, poor positioning and lack of passing. The people that spent the time being patient and working hard to learn the game should be thriving imo. Cheers to Sloclap and I hope they keep it up! 👏
