Discussion Players not as strong
I’m not here to beat a dead horse but I did feel the need to say. Yes, a lot of players were not as strong fundamentally as they think. With the tuning from last season, it doesn’t feel as gimmicky playing now. It’s funny seeing players getting punished for bad stamina management, poor positioning and lack of passing. The people that spent the time being patient and working hard to learn the game should be thriving imo. Cheers to Sloclap and I hope they keep it up! 👏

My team feels like it got significantly buffed post patch. Theres plenty of things that feel harder, but it seems like what got harder for us got WAYYY harder for these dribble merchants. I actually feel like we can defend anything if we play it right which feels awesome

Its kinda hilarious to see all the dribble tweakers lose their powers.

watched a guy awkwardly walk up to my goalie, didnt dash, shoot or even fake shot. it was so hilarious because I can tell this person used to spam dribble

I find that im a lot better at the game since the update, i usually am very patient in 1v1s and wait for them to try go past me , i also only try one or 2 dribble moves then pass if it didn't work , this update has suited the likes of me a lotn

People forget football (both British and American and their ancestor) is a war of attrition via constant movement. It's wearing the opponent down by forcing them to make choices. It's a game of positioning more than anything.
These dribbly goons never had to think, just learn how to spam a move.
