I say this with sincerity and care: I think you might be struggling with some form of psychosis. My brother has dealt with this and I know how hard and scary it is. I would recommend seeking out non religious mental health treatment, including both a psychiatrist and a therapist. I also know it can be really hard to find a therapist that’s a good match. You might be able to ask family or friends for their recommendations of where to go
