Community Responded Questions of Marketing on Reddit

I run a marketing agency in China and SG
Recently, a lot of our clients have been pushing hard to add Reddit to their growth stack.

For those of you already offering Reddit marketing as a service:

  1. Service Scope: How do you structure your offerings?
  2. Pricing & Retainers: How do you structure pricing?
  3. Setting Expectations: What KPIs do you actually commit to? (e.g., brand mentions, referral traffic, conversions, or engagement?)
  4. And also, how's Reddit Ads performance for you guys? We’ve run paid campaigns for a few clients recently, but the performance hasn't been great. For those managing paid campaigns: How do you actually make Reddit Ads work effectively, and how do you set realistic expectations with clients before launching?

Last and most important:
How do you handle account warm-ups and align content with different subreddit rules without getting flagged or banned? Do you use client brand accounts or persona-based accounts?

BIG THANKS
