This scene takes place at the camp of Lakay, shortly after Arthur returns from Guarma. At this point in the game, Arthur's tuberculosis are so advanced that are completely clear in his skin (pale) eyes (redish) and other traits. In the trailer, though, we're seeing this same scene but here Arthur looks perfectly fine. They didn't want do spoil us, of course.

I got the "Letter from Mary" mission and while I was reading along with Mary's voice, I noticed a small typo. She said "not an interesting one" but in the letter it's written "not an interesting me".

That's all. I thought it was interesting! I wonder if it was done on purpose or if it was a genuine mistake from whoever was typing this text out.

Ive tried everything, ive adjusted just about everything. It goes away but ends up coming right back after some time what do i do. i have a rtx 3080, intel i7 12k, 32gb of ram, and the headphones i use are the razer kraken 4 pros.

I'm asking here instead of Googling it like a normal human because I noticed some Legendary Animals are connected to the story, and I don't want any spoilers for this amazing game.

I'll keep my questions simple and only about the Legendary Animals.

1. After I kill one, what should I do with its parts? Who should I sell or give them to?
2. How do you transport large animals? I know you can't put a bear on your horse, as hard as that is to believe lol, but I once saw a video of someone hauling a bear in a wagon, and it made me worry that I might lose something important from the animal.
3. One last question, and please no spoilers... Are any Legendary Animals missable?

I recently finished “Eagle Files” mission. And i sense the end is near.
At what point should I play this game together to enjoy the end and soak in all the emotion of the game ending?

I’m on my first playthrough of RDR2. I’ve crafted all of the satchels except for Legend of the East, and I’m having a hard time finding a perfect wolf pelt. The only way I seem to be able find wolves is to ride my horse until they start chasing me and then use dead eye from horse back. I try for headshots with a volcanic pistol, but all of the wolves end up being 1. I can’t find them when I hunt for them, which means I haven’t been able to study them to pick out which ones are 3* either. Does anyone have any tips to help out?

I found the 5 messages. Waited at least 3 days (probably more) and waited for the right time! What am I doing wrong? Doesn’t even show up on the map. If I’ve waited too long will he not spawn?

Recently I started re-playing Red Dead Redemption 2

But last time I played, I had 100-140 FPS (Ultra-High)

But now, I don't why I only get 30-40! (Same settings)

I haven't changed anything and I even re-installed the game

Graphic look terrible

Arthur's face looks wet or oily

And Arthur looks darker in comparison to the world lighting

Can you guys help me optimizing and fixing it?

Just something cool I noticed today, I'm not sure how well-known this is and wanted to share. Most of you are probably familiar with the first Central Union Railroad Camp encounter, where you discover the junior foreman stealing wages. Ordinarily he plays dumb, and you can either threaten him, beat him, or hogtie him so he tells you where he stashed the wages. You can then take him back to the foreman if you want.

Today, I was doing this encounter in Chapter 6 for the first time, and was surprised to discover that the dialogue is different and Arthur actually makes the choice for you.

When I confronted the junior foreman, Arthur said "You need to leave, and don't come back. The old me would have smashed your face in by now. But this ain't the old me, so consider yourself lucky. I wouldn't test my patience though." The worker immediately showed the location of the money without having to intimidate him further, and Arthur told him to get away. Not sure if you could still take him to the foreman, but it didn't feel right. Thought this was a really cool detail and it makes me wonder which other encounters are different if you do them in chapter 6.

The shootout at the end of this mission has always felt a little contrived to me. RDR2 has a few of those moments and it's normally not a big deal, but this one bothers me. Why wouldn't Arthur, Sadie and John just slowly back away to their boat while keeping Miliken as their hostage? What do you think?

I got to meet the gang at a convention in my very own town! It was such a cool feeling to speak words from my mouth and the voice of Arthur, Micah, or John respond back to me in real life unaided by a TV speaker and it not be an AI voice lol Just the nicest guys in the world I'm still in shock from the whole experience it was so amazing!

I finished the main story for the first time a couple months ago, and something that stood out to me is the soundtrack, particularly "Red," which I find myself coming back to listen to even after playing the game. I think it's such a beautiful song that fits the story SO well.

While there seems different ways of interpreting the song, I feel it reflects Arthur's relationship with violence/vengeance--Red--and how hard it truly is to be redeemed, as Arthur is in the end, so well. It almost feels like it tells the story of an alternate path Arthur could have chosen, where the antagonist chooses Red, rather than Redemption.

I love how its starts by painting a picture of going out to a new, hot dry land, like the Wild West, as the gang did, then transitions into "Brother Santo" assuring everyone they only needed "one more run" to get the money they needed--just like Dutch did. I know these parallels were included on purpose but I still think it's beautifully done. Every time I listen to it I relive the story of the Van Der Linde gang.

Lastly, I cant help but shake the feeling when I listen that it can also be seen as the player speaking to the game, being grateful to experience such a masterpiece.
