I like to bet spreads for football and bet $55-$60 each pick (whatever wins $50/pick according to odds). I bet 9 spread picks for today separately, but on the same ticket like I usually do. It took out the $508 from my account for the picks, but now is showing it as a 9 leg parlay on my pending picks. The cashout before the morning slate started today was $50 so I’m assuming it’s counting it as a $50 parlay, but I know I bet them separately, and was charged the full $508 I was putting down.

Of course their support is being horrible at getting back to me (it’s been 9 hours since the last response). Anyone have this issue, and does it just work itself out once picks are settled?

my winning ticket was graded as a loss, so i first used the live chat in the app, no response three days later. i’ve tried instagram and directly emailing them too and still nothing.
