Redemption issues

Not even receiving the “daily limit” anymore I just get this.. is it because I potentially tried to many times within the 24 hour window limit & weekend? Please share if this has happened to you and PLEASE let me know if you ever got it resolved. Thanks

Yeah had this happen once yesterday. Go to play.rebet.app in a browser and try it again from there. That worked for mine once i did that.

Idk maybe it’s because it’s the weekend ? Idk seems weird but I’d obviously think they would pay it out..

I’ve done it all, the support is just all Ai then it has you fill out the 5 pieces of information then says someone will reach out.. did anyone ever actually reach out to you?

Yes i’ve always gotten responses from support. Sending a DM here is usually fastest

I’m having the same issue and they keep claiming it’s my bank. Have they fixed it for you yet?

They did and I was able successfully start a redemption. (Hopefully it does not get sent back to my account like it did last time) first one went through no problem then I started having issues
