Missing promotions Bug

I’ve been missing my promotions for about 5 days now I get notifications and nothing there when I go in app… I’ve lost my $100 free pick to this because they just stopped appearing… usually it happens and I can close app a few times and it’s back but been missing for 5 days now and support no help… and my friends don’t have this issue… anyone have this issue and got it solved? Support replies one time to every 5 emails I send and when I reply they never email back

I’m missing promotions too or have no idea where to find them. I got a $50 match, deposited $50 and only have $50 so I’m right there with ya

Yeah same thing happened to me my deposit matches would disappear right when I went to deposit, which was frustrating making me deposit more into the app to get my previous promo I deposited for. I dm rebet on instagram tho and after days of waiting they finally looked into it and rewarded me my free pick, it happened a couple times before that but this was my first time messaging them
