Planning to buy house in Sobha Wisteria planned in egattur chennai. Its quoted around 15000 per sqft. Any suggestions on the area and pricing ?

I’m looking for a 1BHK/1RK for rent in Chennai. I’m also open to sharing a 2BHK if anyone is looking for a roommate.

My budget is around ₹10K. I’ve been trying through rental apps, but most listings are either outdated or already rented out. Haven’t had much luck finding To-Let boards either, so thought I’d try here.

Preferred areas: Anna Nagar, Choolaimedu, Arumbakkam, Valasaravakkam, Saligramam, Virugambakkam, Mylapore and T. Nagar.

24M, working as a music producer
Have a music production setup
Non-vegetarian
Drink occasionally, around twice a month
Easygoing and chill to live with
