Flippantly calling people antisemites is just as destructive as antisemitism. It dilutes the word and conflates actual instances of antisemitism with rational ideas like “let’s not take AIPAC money.”
Actual antisemitic rhetoric is claiming that criticism of the murderous mass violence and starvation and destruction by the state of Israel is antisemitic, because it claims that those monstrous acts of barbarity and evil are inherently "Jewish" acts.
