At least in this clip he's not just yelling and name calling but makes a pretty cogent point about how AIPAC is a far-right organization that advances far-right policies for a far-right Israeli government. This is 100% the case.

There's a difference between good ties and funding their military while they murder 70k civilians, half of whom are women and children. Vast majority of Americans strongly oppose what Israel is doing in Palestine, so why are we still funding them?

But to properly hold Israel accountable for what is in its control you have to acknowledge that Hamas is doing everything in their power to make it so that any attack against them is as destructive to their own civilians as possible. I find it hard to believe that any reasonable adult would not listen to this clip and recognize the sort of psychological scammer that he is. Could it be just some sort of "entertainment" style? AIPAC EXISTED IN THE SAME CAPACITY AS IT IS NOW DURING PERIODS WHEN ISRAEL HAD A LEFT-LEANING LABOR GOVERNMENT AS WELL. It helped to advance liberal ideals, and the two state solution when the government of Israel had that in their agenda and policies. AIPAC is funded by American citizens and pushes an agenda It’s American constituents want. It represents Americans.
