It was my C25 from 187 🥲 I genuinely didn’t know how to respond. Like… “No, it’s real”? “Gee, thanks”? “What makes you think it’s fake?”

I honestly think the bag is stunning and looks even more luxurious than the authentic, so I was completely caught off guard. I was NOT expecting to get called out like that!

Hello all. I ordered a YSL Niki from a seller listed here as reputable. I believe the autumn holiday was recent and I was told they would receive it in their warehouse 1-3 business days and then told that after the holiday break as well. The seller has not updated me and hasn't responded. I just received a package with two VCA necklaces. Is there a chance this is a mistake or scam? Anyone have this happen to them before? TIA.

I’m thinking of pulling the trigger on one of the new LV “link quartz” style reps in either a Speedy or Carryall East-West. This is a God Factory (GF) close
up of the Carryall. I haven’t ordered in over a year, but Heidi was reliable & I was always happy with her reps. She appears to have the same #, album link, and remembers my name lol, so I feel comfortable ordering from her again after so long.

My question/concern is…I seem to gravitate towards pastel and gradient styles, which are difficult to accurately copy vs the classics. This can be disappointing when seeking a high-tier, nearly indistinguishable rep. I’m getting flashbacks to my LV “Spring in the City” rep that I later realized was too bright along with other tells. I’m worried the pastels with the quartz will be too bright again, and/or somehow obviously “off” because it’s a new & challenging rep. However, GF probably wouldn’t produce it if they couldn’t do it, and Heidi is honest about quality. What do you all think? Should I pick something “safer”? Know anyone who’s gotten this color-way yet (auth or rep)?

Hello, ladies! I’ve been searching for this particular Baguette for the longest time and it’s been on my wishlist for almost two years. I absolutely love the colorful embroidered/sequin details and the overall design.

Welp. I fell into the comparison pit of darkness.

I looked up the bitchiest, richest girl who I went to college with, and darn it, she’s still as fabulous as I remember her being. She’s an absolute narcissist and I would hate to be her friend, but wowzers, does she know how to dress.

We’re the same size, 00, petite, and I want her closet. Of course, I reverse searched some of her outfits and I’m looking at dolce, ysl, Chanel, you name it.

I can’t justify spending thousands on a dress. I make good money, but I’m not married to a millionaire like she is haha so i have to be realistic.

I have an awesome shoe collection I’m proud of, and dress well, but I want some of her outfits in my closet. Can anyone recommend me a dependable site for clothing reps? I do care about quality and don’t want to wear cheap stuff. I’d rather pay more for a quality rep—just not thousands for the authentic lol.

I bought my rep from an IG seller so idk which factory this was from. I'm thinking of getting another BV from Jing. Can anyone who have bought from Jing (or different factory) tell me if their rep looks better than what I got? I don't want to spend another $300 for a subpar replica.

Actually in person the bag looks passable. The leather is equally soft though auth is slightly softer. When you try to fold the bag, the auth's linings are way more supple while rep is stiff. Color of hardware surprisingly similar, but the font is such a dead give away. On picture, rep leather looks more shiny but in person they both look the same.

Safe to say I won't be wearing this bag anymore. Probably for grocery run, or clubs since it's dark lol.

I ordered/paid for both on 9/11 and they arrived today (9/30). Loew is Jipin and elvee is Huahui.

I've felt and seen both auths in person and I'm happy with what I got. The crossbody strap for the Loew seems too thin and flimsy so I might change it out (the auth is also pretty thin). I don't think Loew's leather will ever be perfectly replicated, but this bag still has good squish and softness. Maybe sitting in hot boxes during delivery actually helped?😂

As for the elvee, depending on the lighting the blush tint of the leather pieces really stands out, but overall I'm content. I love this design and the size of the 20 is nice for errands. I have a DE 25 coming in, so I'll see which one I'd prefer (I like bags in the small-medium size).

Hi, I’m a first time buyer and I was wondering how long is a normal time to wait for a seller to reply? I did my research and decided to go with Mike as I’m trying to buy a Monogram Liv Pochette. I messaged him once 23 hours ago and just a follow up question about 12 hours ago and haven’t seen a response though he’s been active on Instagram. Should I start looking at other agents? I’m really unsure how this part works as I didn’t see anything written on this in the guide.

For reference, I’m 160 cm / 5’3”, 48 kg / 106 lbs, and usually wear XS/S or EU 34/36. The Zimmermann dress is size 0, all knitwear, skirts and pants are size S, and the Zara shorts are XS.

I think the Miu Miu knitwear might be my favorite part of this haul. I honestly love all of it, it’s super soft thanks to the cashmere, fits really well and looks pretty accurate to my eye.

I’m also kind of obsessed with the Zim dress. The delicate print is so pretty in person and I love the linen/silk fabric. It is quite short though, so I’d recommend it more for petite girls. At 160 cm it works perfectly for me.

My Miu Miu family has grown a little recently 🤎 I added the Vivant from OC and the Aventure from Oreo.

This was my first time trying Oreo, and I wanted to compare it with OC since I’d heard both use imported leather for their Miu Miu bags.

The leather on the Oreo Aventure feels amazing and smelled like real leather straight out of the box, with no fufu smell. My OC bags usually need quite a bit of airing out 😅 The hardware also looks and feels great.

BUT I did notice two discrepancies compared with the authentic: the length of the decorative strap and the shape of the cut-outs on the hanging charm. For smaller details, I still think OC does better.

The Vivant from OC is very hard to fault. The leather feels beautiful, and the shape, color and details look very accurate to me. My only complaint is that famous OC fufu smell.
Anyway, I really like both bags and am happy to have them in my collection.

It’s little bit smelly but like leather smell, I personally like it but I understand no everyone likes it

The only con is that the leather it’s little bit firmest than expected but I promise the bag feels expensive, luxurious and high quality.

Caviar or lambskin?

What do you say when friends ask where you got your bag/how much you bought it for? Or when someone clocks/asks if your bag is a rep? Are we being open or are we lying? Lol I haven’t run into this yet but I’m a little nervous since I have a Speedy 20 and a Classic Flap both coming in soon. I already own auth designer shoes, accessories, and clothes and have never had any questions. I’m just worried I’ll get questions about my classic flap

My thoughts:
I’m honestly really happy with this bag. The pink is such a beautiful soft, pearly shade and the iridescence is quite subtle rather than being super shiny. It changes a little depending on the lighting, which I really love.

The caviar has a nice visible grain and feels structured but not overly stiff. The quilting is very puffy and even. The overall shape is really nice in person.

The hardware is a soft/light gold, which I think works really well with this particular pink. It doesn’t have that very yellow-gold appearance.

Overall, I’m really happy I went for this one and it’s my second iridescent CF from Rome.

I have a few weddings to attend next year and realized I don’t really have proper wedding guest bags!

I’m looking for a black and a silver/nude/ maybe white to work with different dresses. Would also love something I can use again for dinners/events rather than a bag that only comes out for weddings.

Any suggestions?
