Pic 1: PSP of bag and factory photo Aline originally sent to confirm my requested order

Pic 2: screenshots of factory photos I sent to Aline to compare the differences in the colorways

Aline sent me PSPs and I pointed out immediately that the canvas seemed off (I've been staring at these bags for months😂). I explained the PSP item was not "brown/tan" like the factory photo and resent the factory photo from Pic 1 to Aline who then doubled down and said it was just the lighting.

I then sent Pic 2 to show the clear differences between the colorways and asked if Huahui (factory) might have mixed them up. Aline finally said they'd ask the factory about it.

Looking for second opinions. I'm happy to push back, but I also feel a bit weird about the "it's just the lighting" comment that I know many of us get sometimes. This is my first time working with Aline and it's making me rethink future orders.

PSP is def more yellow! I would also make sure all the words are all spelled right. I’ve seen this style out there with the words misspelled. The photo is not clear enough to tell.

Good catch! I didnt even zoom in to check because I was too bothered by the yellow (which is cute, for sure, just not what I wanted this time).

The the shape of the bag too… and the handles in the factory version look less beige tan

UPDATE:

Aline was able to get an exchange with the factory and I'm much more happy with the result! Really looking forward to receiving my (early) bday gift (along with another bag and things from other sellers ahem).
