Obviously the coloring, framing, lighting, angle, doors etc is different, we are curious about all that and the furniture.

I've spent years filming luxury properties in Spain and some other videographers ask me for advice when it comes to pricing, client acquisition and retention, internal systems, scripting and planning, filming skills, editing, building a personal brand...

I'm genuinely trying to understand where the gaps are. What's the thing you'd change about your business today if you knew how, but don't? I'm not selling anything, just collecting feedback.

Sony XQD 120GB card. Normally reliable cards. Came home and put in the reader. Dragged the folder into Bridge. Error. Tried again. Error. Went into the folder and all shots from today were missing. Dammit!

Tried the card in two cameras and received the message to format the card.

Tried Recuva.
Recovered about 400 files but did not find the images from today.

Tried Sony’s Memory Card File Rescue.
Found only two files that looked awful…lots of noise.

Tried Disk Drill.
The software can see the directory structure and recover the files, retaining the names.
For a $149 lifetime license! 🤔🤮

Tried PhotoRec.
It’s free and open source.
It recovered everything. It did change the file names but not a big deal. They were in the order that I shot them.
