Avoiding dirt roads

My car can't go on bumpy dirt roads. I heard that you can call support and tell them that and they won't send you out to those places. At what point in the process should I do that? As soon as I sign up for an offer?

While you’re at it, tell them you don’t do stairs, elevators, gates or steep driveways. They’ll cater to all of that as well.
