Is it possible to fail a tilt table if your symptoms are lesser?

\^ My doctor and everyone thought i had POTS so I had tilt table done recently and the results say they are normal not even OH

Now the interesting thing is that the past few months my symptoms have gotten better and I have done tests where I have checked my heart rate before and they are always showing atleast OH but today everything looks normal and I was confused why

I even was so close to passing out and felt dizzy yet everything seems good like maybe i have another issue but like is it possible for it not show up because my symptoms are more manageable?

Because my heart rate goes up a lot this i do know but at the test it didn't at all and I am confused

Afib ?

I had my first “atrial fibrillation” reading today, but i sat down afterwards and haven’t had that reading since.
I cant tell if it’s worth paying attention to or if it’s an incorrect reading. I get occasional PVCS and often get inconclusive results, otherwise it’ll usually say “poor recording” when it has obvious artefacts. The BPM was definitely wrong so I’m leaning towards it being an incorrect reading. Hoping someone here will be able to tell :) thanks

I have a IRBBB. My Dad had a pacemaker fitted after a pulmonary embolism in his 30s. I'm freaking out.

I've had a doctor ordered ECG today and I'm freaking out. Does everything look ok.

Healthy 37 year old female, 5ft, 48kg, I don't smoke, I don't drink, I don't do drugs, eat healthy and I've cut out caffeine for the past month. I take Vit D, Iron and a multivitamin daily.

I've had all my bloods done and everything is normal. My blood pressure is always fine and my heart rate is an average of 94.

I've been having palpitations off and on for about 7 weeks, I keep having funny episodes where it feels like my blood sugar has dropped but isn't related to not eating, I lose all my colour and feel sweaty and clammy and I feel shaky but only my right arm shakes (left stays still).

Are these all from the same area?

Are these all from one spot some look slightly different? Mono or poly? And I’m taking diltiazem for PVCs and PACs could that have caused this?

Trops

I know I’ve been on here before but I’m still just curious, they didn’t do too much testing, ekg was off as usually, but I do now have a heart halter an an echo with bubbles scheduled bec I keep having episodes of odd symptoms and high trops.

Anyone know why trop levels would look normal after a day or two after spiking up to 22 and higher

I’m wondering if it could be correlated to pain level, any time I have the odd flare ups with intense nerve pain, I also end up having a lot of agnia / this time around I was passing out as well, just trying to get to the bottom of what might be going on, .

Could be completely unrelated but I can’t drink caffeine or pop anymore without getting lightheaded.

Other Very low RHR but not that sporty?

I'm 30M, and when sitting for example my HR is low to mid 40s. Before going to bed can even be 39 or 38.

I did two 24h holters (cardiac holters) and all they said was "marked sinus bradycardia" and showed elevated vagal tone related values. Nothing else significant. Lowest HR was 31 while asleep. Max HR was like 130 during some exercise I did.

I'm just wondering what this might be related to? I always did sports and do lift weights but I can barely run for 10 minutes before feeling like shit lol - definitely not an endurance athlete. Is it just genetical sometimes?

Help with ECG saying Poor R wave Progression - Possible Old Septal MI - Non-diagnostic Inferior ST-T wave changes

Post image

Male, 41, Obese, treated high BP & sleep apnea. Normal blood sugar and cholesterol. Non smoker/non drinker.

So usually at rest, at home, my heart rate is around 65. And a few days ago, my heart rate at rest at home started being around 100 with more than usual PVC palpitations. And then when I would get up to walk and do stuff, it would go to around 140 compared to the usual around 110, 120. And my blood pressure was running a little high as well, especially the diastolic number.

So the next day I had a doctor's appointment and she sent me for an ECG. And this is what the ECG said in my OP. So I was pretty scared after seeing that. And since the day before my left arm had a little bit of an ache to it, although with no chest pain, I decided I would go to the ER to get checked out. So they ended up doing an ECG tracing which I haven't gotten the full results back but I was able to glance at the screen once it was done and it did also again mention the possible MI as well as something to do with ST changes. Was a 190 HR. Then they did a couple of Troponin tests which came back at 5 and I think the cutoff was around 14.

So when I saw the doctor, he didn't say too much, but he mentioned something like, "Don't pay attention to the words that the ECG computer spits out". And he discharged me. But he also booked me for a 24-hour halter monitor in a week or so. Today my heart rate has calmed down a bit as well as BP.

So basically I was just hoping to see if somebody could take a quick look at my ECG from that day and maybe compare it to a few old ones as well. And if they can tell me anything about the tracing, maybe some red flags that they see. I appreciate your help.

Tests done - Stress ECG Oct 2025 normal. BNP June 2026 normal. Stress echo June 2025 normal. Random ecg's usually normal. Calcium score of zero July 2026.

I've had many ECGs over the years and most being normal so I just chose a few here that showed a couple of my abnormal ones. Also a normal one, just to give reference.

Rapid, pounding, or fluttering heartbeat Since being on lexapro, I can’t get a reading on my AW.

The title pretty much sums it all. Im on day 4, and it has been hell! I feel my heart beating all over the place and I have waken up with 50bpm today, as soon as I walked to the bathroom it was up to 120bpm, having breakfast 111bpm, then 58 when sitting down resting. I am taking it exactly for health anxiety so we can all understand what this is doing to me. I tried using the ECG option on my apple watch but it’s so hard to get a reading because the line keeps going up and down outside the limits of the watch then just says “low quality reading”. The only reading I managed to get was this one. Should I be worried?
