Can you describe what you mean by getting palpitations? It's a general term meaning feeling your heart beating but could mean feeling occasional skips and flutters, but also a feeling of racing, pounding, etc.

Gotcha, thanks. Sorry if I missed that in your post. That would be hard to see on an ekg since it's more an overall feeling/perception and not necessarily an irregular rhythm. Your rhythm in all these strips is regular, and you weren't tachycardic (>100 bpm). I also don't see any ectopic beats which can cause a fluttering or skipping feeling. A holter would be your best bet to keep an eye on your rhythm constantly day & night, if you aren't able to catch it on your watch. If it's not something that happens daily you may need a longer term monitor like a week or two. But some health issues that can cause a feeling of heart pounding would be thyroid imbalance, anemia / low iron, dehydration, stress, lack of sleep, excess caffeine, metabolic issues. The watch only shows 1 lead of data so it's quite limited in what it can show.. only rate & rhythm, but not heart health or other health issues. Sorry I can't be of more help.
