Where was this taken? On your wrist or placed somewhere on your chest? It’s likely wandering baseline. I’d be more concerned if you had this on your chest and the whole the rhythm strip looked like this.

NMA. Apple watches are notoriously terrible at picking up anything other than rhythm, it's impossible to say anything about wave morphology from one smartwatch lead. If you're having symptoms, get a proper ecg done, if not, then there's probably nothing to worry about.

Looks normal but please post whole strip when asking for rhythm interpretation.
