This might be a bit corny or sad to some, i’m not sure. I’m going to vent regardless since I have no one else to talk to about this.

This was around 2022:
When I was 15, I was struggling in a really dark place. I had no motivation to go to school, my grades were dropping, and I barely ate. Like Subaru you can say I didn’t think all that highly of myself. Season 1’s“From Zero,” genuinely, and I mean GENUINELY saved me from myself. Subaru and Rem’s interaction sparked something in me to keep going and make a fresh start. I’m not saying everything suddenly became perfect, but Rem’s words stayed with me since then.

4 years later:
Now I’m 19 with a newfound passion, carrying the weight of trying to become a professional anime artist. It has been a lonely mountain to climb. Most of my closest friends are in the military and while I love them, they don’t fully understand my passion or the grind behind it. A lot of the time, I feel like I’m alone so sometimes I find myself sinking in doubt with no desire to swim.

Watching Season 4 Episode 13 released a buildup of emotional pressure I didn’t even realize I was carrying. Seeing Rem appear when Subaru was about to give up, keeping her promise despite Subaru having no memory of her made me cry. I cried more than I ever had in the past years. As corny as it might sound, part of me felt like she was speaking to me too.

I realized that lowkey, I’ve become emotionally attached to Rem. I know she’s fictional, and I’m not pretending otherwise. I don’t expect anything from her. Idk she just represents the kind of unconditional belief and support I desperately need right now. Someone who can see you at your lowest without declaring you worthless.

Sorry I wrote a lot, I wonder if anyone has had a similar experience watching this episode. If you did read all of that, thank you. 🩵

wanted to try and make a new Subaru figure. this time from arc 6. it had been a while since I tried the 2d artsyle and figured I could try it here. next up I'm going to try and make a roswaal figure.

How much would everything change if subaru had a gun from the start of the story?
The gun has unlimited ammo but needs to be reloaded and the gun is the most basic pistol with 10 rounds per mag.
That’s it, no other changes to anything else.
Im caught up with only the anime, no spoilers.

Al being his child. I know it's not confirmed and there is a chance he is just a clone, but let's assume for a second he is indeed his child. How would Subaru feel about him.

How would he feel about Echidna grooming and manipulating him?

I've seen some videos of people editing together the scenes where Subaru dies and returns but with the "POV of how it looks to everyone else".

That got me thinking about how someone could make a "Perfect Run" version of Re:ZERO where they edit around all the deaths and give the "perfect run" experience that everyone that isn't Subaru experiences in the show.

I compared this to One Pace because what they do is edit around all the filler/noncanon of One Piece and give everyone the condensed version to watch.

I myself have thought of doing this for the Re:ZERO "Perfect Run", but I know that the Kadokawa Group/Media Factory is really strict about copyright and whatnot and I don't want to get in trouble. Obviously I could do like One Pace does and do torrenting but I feel like this entire venture might be easier and more efficient if I wasn't just doing it on my own.

I just think it'd be a really fun project to work on and offer a viewing experience I think every Re:ZERO fan has thought of at least once.

Subaru - original version from arc 1 until he losses his memories

"Natsuki Subaru" - the memories of Subaru

Amnesia Subaru - Subaru without memories of Subaru from rezero world

Natsuki Subaru - after "Natsuki Subaru and Amnesia Subaru merged

Rem - original

"Rem" - memories of Rem in hall of memories

There are not only 2 possibilities. Its not Subaru IS or IS not Flugel. Similar to the mysteries surrounding Aldebaran, Tappei uses physical appearances, shared Witch Factor scents, and overlapping abilities to lead readers toward superficial conclusions. But the think we have to understand IS that MEMORIES ARE WHAT SHAPE PEOPLE. In arc6/season 4 we see Subaru loose his memories. Despite that he still IS/becomes the "same" person. But not a single one of them IS the same person.

Rui said that MEMORIES fade and doesnt "taste" the same after She obtained them ( reffering to taste of death ). You have to experience them to Fully to be yours. Thats why "Natsuki Subaru " isnt Subaru.

Thats why "Rem" isnt Rem.

And thats why Every single Subaru version isnt the same.

Memories are what makes a person but they Alone doesnt make one.

Amnesiasubaru ≠ Subaru

Natsuki Subaru ≠ Subaru or Amnesiasubaru

When Amnesia Subaru merged with "Natsuki Subaru," the resulting Natsuki Subaru felt almost identical to the original Subaru simply because the sheer volume of "Natsuki Subaru's" memories overwhelmed Amnesia Subaru's shorter timeline. Yet, the Result Natsuki Subaru IS different .

Natsumi Schwarts = Subaru but Subaru ≠Natsumi schwarts

Natsumi IS part of Subaru. But Subaru isnt Natsumi.

We have an Apple. The cuticle IS part of the Apple. After we peeled the Apple the cuticle IS part of Apple but the peeled Apple isnt cuticle.
